tentato suicidio have you ever loved someone who wished they never existed? Have you lost somebody who succeeded death upon their own hands/decisions? Do you love someone who attempted the worse but survived? - if you answered yes then.. youre not alone. We talk about suicide/the subject of depression these days with confidence and thats incredible. But what we don’t talk about is the aftermath of death/attempted death. And the reason we don’t is because we think talking about ourselves after some one elses death/(attempt) is seen as “selfish” Let me tell you, speaking up after trauma is important. It is not selfish. it is important to do so that you don’t end up on the same tracks. Living and existing is important, and within each of us theres reason to our existence. We are here for something and it can take 10.. maybe 50 years to discover the personal reason we are here. If you dont know why or who you are at 25.. or even 48.. thats okay, youre still important. Even if you think youre not important to loads of people you are significant to atleast one person. You are created by two bodies and you are beautiful. Life will be difficult, life will test you. It will throw things like confuson/drama/upset/heartache all at once! but it is never worth giving up. I spent years of my life depressed and suicidal, and i pulled through it with the thought of how much it would ruin my family . So i chose to fight it everyday instead of hurting them or choosing an irrational -permanent- thought. If i can do it.. anyone can. Reachout for help, acknowledge who loves you, and always remember you are not alone in this <3
