remus crashing out over sirius asking about his hip in atyd will never not be funny. cause it literally went out like this:

"hey moony, how is your hip?"

"how is your relationship with your mother? you wanna talk about my dysfunctional body? let's talk about your dysfunctional family for a change. my hip's broken? your bond with your brother is broken. yeah, that's right. your mother doesn't love you."

while sirius is just standing there like, wtf just happened.

james having been to 12 grimmauld place more times than he can count on his hands

but always ‘forgetting’ which room is regulus’ and which room is the bathroom for some reason

Regulus and Remus HAD a crush on each other on the SAME period .

Third year for Regulus and Fourth year for Remus.

Regulus gay awerning was Remus , and Remus first real crush was Regulus.

They were paired for commenting quidditch matches when Regulus had a broken wrist when he returned Hogwarts that year.

They commented together, and they were hilarious, they had the sarcasm and the passion.

Peter and Pandora were the true victims of this, Dora listened to Regulus rambling about Remus' welsh accent and Peter listened to Remus about Regulus' eyes.

They shared cigarettes ( Remus cigarettes which for casualties were always few of them so they had to share them instead of each having one ) , they walked down together a little later than other students because none of them wanted to leave actually, Regulus was gifted one of Remus sweathers by Remus himself one day in winter.

When Regulus wrist was okay, Remus thought that they would stop talking, instead Regulus always asked him if he was the one commenting on the match and once he said that Remus gave him luck ( Remus cried thank you , Peter wanted to suicide ) .

Passing fourth/third year their situation becomes purely friendly, they still have that strange connection but only as friends.

In Fifth Remus started dating Sirius and Regulus started to like James ( Pandora first thought was to suicide ) .

Years later one evening someone asked Regulus who has been his gay awakening and he answered that it was Remus in his third year.

Peter almost suffocated , and Remus said that in the same period he had a crush on Regulus. ( Regulus laughed the HARDEST in his entire life , Remus with him , Pandora and Peter they sighed damn loud )

When the others asked why they didn't confess, they both answered that they thought the other was being friendly.

Barty cried because ( his literal words ) : ' We could have the hottest couple of Hogwarts , Merlin and Morgana both ' .

Regulus and Remus both laughed ( Sirius and James were having an aneurysm ) .

This feels wrong, like this genuinely scares me

I tried to leave Kudos on a fic that was already deleted (i had the tab open) and I was expecting it to just bug out or not work but this is so much more unsettling

I like to imagine that when James and sirius would get bored, they would just scare the sht out of Remus or Peter.

Like they would hide behind doors or use the invisibility cloak to jump out in front of them. I think Peter would give the most high- pitched scream, compared to the Reemus, who would just cuss them out for the next week over it.

I would think that the first time they did it, Remus punched whoever was in front square in the face, he probably did this the first few times, but James and sirius were relentless and did it nonetheless. After a while, he got used to it and would just jump slightly and swear.

Peter was probably so embarrassed about his scream, and they made fun of him for it, which most likely ended up accounting towards his betrayal. :(

This is amazing.

almost immediately after regulus and james move in together, regulus starts hiding toys for cats all over the house. then it's cat food. then it's a cat tree. then it's a little bed. one day, he comes home with a kitten and doesn't say a word to james. then he brings home another, and another until they have three cats roaming around the house, using their names and everything. he notices james bringing home cat food one day and decides he's going to ask why james has never brought up the fact that three random cats just showed up in their house and james just looks at him and says, 'i thought they just always lived here??'

that's when regulus learns, james thought they bought a house that just came with cats.
