I had a really big young guns phase as a kid - like I was obsessed with anything western and cowboys. I would roleplay different characters with my best friend at the time and had a whole cowgirl outlaw sona. This went on for nearly 3 years, I was only freed from my dusty shackles after my mom introduced me to Lord of the Rings which would spark a deep rooted fantasy obsession starting at the ripe age of 12 all the way to present day.

I mean to update that the cowboys in my brain have returned and are oddly Arthur Morgan shaped. Yes. I began a playthrough of Red Dead Redemption, and I am once again obsessing over these smelly, rude, criminals. I shouldn't be surprised, my first short film was a spagetti western, of course I would return to my rooting tootin shootin roots.

ACOTAR shit posting is not ending, it just mind change fonts. Am I thinking of an AU? Maybe... Guess you'll have to wait and see.

tbh I don't get the whole "tamlin didn't save feyre UtM BS" like 1) neither did Rhysand let's be so real right now but 2)???????????? tamlin was her captive. he sent feyre away before he and Lucien were forced UtM with her and was forced to sit beside Amarantha the whole time. and not only that, Feyre went UtM knowing damn well Tamlin wasn't going to be able to save her and she knew she'd likely die in the attempt to save him. what is this obsession with making the rescuee the rescuer. HE was the Damsel, NOT Feyre. Rhysand just needed to make an excuse to make himself look better than Tamlin. Like always.

Cassian - Yes but I'll regret it when I get back, not because I think he'll do anything to it, but because he'll drink it.

Azriel - Yes, 100% yes. He will be guarding my drink like he swore an oath to it. Even after I come back he'll insist on getting me a new drink just in case.

Feyre - No, she would spill it or loose it and then blame me and refuse to replace the drink.

Elaine - Depends on what I'm drinking, she wouldn't hold my beer but if I asked her to watch my wine she would happily babysit the drink.

Nesta - No, she is a recovering alcoholic and I respect her avoiding alcohol. However I am brining her into the bathroom with me, she's my drunk piss buddy tonight!

Mor - HELL NO! Just like Cassian, she's going to drink it, but unlike Cass, she's going to panic and grab a random drink from the bar that probably belonged to someone.

Amren - Yes, but I'm not getting that drink back. She's adding it to her drink hoard and will not share, nor is she drinking them either. She just has them?

Cresseida - No, I don't know her well enough to make an assessment and would not want to take the drunken risk. However I am taking her to the dance floor and dragging her along every time I need a smoke break.

Alis - Yes, do I even have to explain myself? She is keeping everyone's drinks safe and sound. She's probably the only one able to get Amren to release the drinks from her hoard.

Beron - Surprisingly yes, it's not because he cares about my well being, it's that he wants to make others think he cares and therefor will be able to get close to whoever he actually wants to screw over. I'm safe, but yall be careful out there!

Eris - Also yes, however he's trying to hide that he's taking care of my drink because he wants others to think he doesn't care when he really does. Him and Azriel are the ones pretending to be girls boyfriends to get creeps to go away.

Lucien - Absolutely! He's going to joke around and act like something happened to my drink, meanwhile it's just behind his back. He will return my drink after he gets his laughs in.

Brannagh and Dagdan - They came with Amarantha, they are being kicked out with her too. Everyone dumped their drinks and ordered new ones to be safe.

Cerridwen and Nuala - Yes, but I'm still checking my drink for bubbles when I get back. I trust the twins, I just don't trust that they'll stop Rhysand from messing with the drink.

Devlon - He's grumbling about how I shouldn't be drinking and that this isn't a place for me and I need to watch myself while he's holding my drink and snarling at anyone who gets too close. He does not want to be responsible for me and my drink but he's doing it anyway.

Hey chat how are we feeling about Hellion?

I have a general distaste for absent fathers as the owner of a disappearing dead beat - and I don't wanna hear anyone say "well he doesn't know Lucien is his kid!" cause he knows. There is no way he doesn't know. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to add up the math of his affair with LoA, how Lucien looks, and the way Lucien's magic has been described. It only took Feyre a few hours after meeting Hellion to clock that Lucien was kid so I'm willing to bet this Day court scholar high lord knows too.

I know politically he cant just scoop up Lucien and take him away, but bro could have been present and make efforts to be around his son. I doubt Beron banned Hellion from the autumn court, and whats stopping Hellion from inviting Lucien to the day court? Beron was ignoring Lucien most of the time, he wouldn't have cared if Lucien went on a little vacation to study in Hellion's massive library.

Perhaps I'm projecting a little hard on Hellion and Lucien, but I strongly feel like you should always be making an effort to be there for your kids, even if you cant be their parent, you can be a positive figure in their life. I can only imagine the resentment Lucien is going to feel when he finds out :(

People are still nice

I had a bad last week where I lost my temper more than once where I could have shown much more compassion. I was quick to apologize but it doesn't make up for unwarranted outbursts.

Today I woke up and screamed into my head that I was going to have a good day and that I would be kind and put others first. Good karma was on my side every minute after that.

On my walk to work a dad and his kid in these super cool punk get ups stopped me to give me a sticker, it was of a ghost that said "hang in there baby" - super cute! I put it on my water bottle 💕

When I started my shift I was working the jewelry till and had to sell a ring I was planning on buying on my break. My heart broke a bit but it was made 100× better when the lady's daughter, Peyton gave me a piece of sodalite 🥺 I will cherish this forever!

On my lunch break an old coworker of mine came to visit, she had started her own pizza shop and brought pies for the team so we would all have lunch 💖

I think the universe can see when we're struggling and rewards us for trying our best even when we want to lash out. Today was a great day and I'm going to pay all this kindness forward with each day, even when it's a bad day!
