Trying to keep things simple until I get familiar with the features in Aligh Motion

So these past few days have been emotionally and physically draining, so I decided to have a bit of fun with this template I came across!

... I ended up becoming obsessed with the trope I came up with-

So, I am a huge fan of roleswap AUs ever since my hyperfixation for Undertale lol so of course I had a blast making these! Here's a bit of details of what I came up with while keeping their roles as their respective emotions!

Swap Empathy is a bit more hopeless than OG Empathy. Seeing that the console never really worked for them specifically in the first place only made them become bitter with time, closing themselves off from everyone because what's the point in being a human's Empathy if that human doesn't even acknowledge them and maybe never will? Eventually after a lot of insistence from Sadness, they just started putting themselves out there and try to move on from their previous depressive, grumpy state, meeting the other emotions (especially Anger hehehe), until after the end of certain events, they finally find out how to work with them and Riley. You know what I mean if you read book 1. Overall, they are basically more grumpy than original Empathy, but they still have a soft interior, opening up more due to their role in Riley's life. Anger was one of the people that they felt more safe with during this time, and they appreciate him for everything.

Swap Anger is a lot more kind-hearted despite his job being a huge contrast to his personality. He knows the risks that comes with it all, so he's very, very focused behind the console, handling everything with care. Everyone clearly admires his composure to certain situations, but he always underestimates himself as well, since he gets OG Empathy's imposter syndrome. He's a good sport, always looking out for the other emotions and giving them the hype they deserve! He's had a crush on Empathy since the very start, and with the connection they have now, he couldn't feel more lucky to have them.

A little scenario I came up with! Anger's really glad that at least he has someone to laugh at his jokes, and Empathy finds his essays entertaining and relatable! Glad to know someone else makes fun of how the world sucks ^^

I had this idea for an Inside Out AU at work where Anxie and Fear work at a haunted supermarket that's open 24/7 and they always get the late shifts and get to be the horror protags they were meant to be. The others appear as customers and shenanigans happen XD

Looking at their hair made me think of a flower right away, and yk how flowers have meanings? Flower language? I just thought it fit them so well. Their clothes are inspired by bohemian style. Their colors are inspired by gray contrast color palettes like this!

I wanna note that I liked the mirror idea, so I made the center of their necklace a Lil mirror! I really like making the outline thicker in my art, I think I'm gonna do that more often lol

Next, we have @gophergamergirl's Brickstar kid, Courage!

Personally, I saw the skate boy vibes IMMEDIATELY, so I decided to lean into it 🙂‍↕️ And I liked his flaming hair so I kept it, it's just under his cap lol How does it not explode into flames? Fireproof I guess???? Idk XD
