It's not a blog but it's a log I mean fitness log!
All these days I have been just dreaming and wishful that I'll reduce weight. But not only did I gain weight in just being blindly wishful and not working out with commitment, I have crossed the overweight barrier and entered obesity category! This has taken a real toll on my body! My BMI is 33.4. My motivation has drained like the flash floods and my apatite has increased forcefully thinking nothing can change. Not only I have gained weight and increased my tummy size to an unimaginable level but also my behaviour and confidence has demeaned!
But what change I really needed was just on my attitude and nothing else. And to sustain this attitude I'll have to bring in something new which I have not done before to help me hang on to it. That's why I've started this fitness log, to keep my thoughts focused, to make my body accept and to fill my soul with self belief.
With this I've taken the first step towards a change!
Let me wait patiently for the rest of the days and months and years just to see how this change in my attitude can bring in change elsewhere? I'll list that (any changes) one by one as I reach it. . The first step begins here. .

A million dust of gold, longing to reach its goal. . .
Striffling through boons and goons, and heads to the one where it looms for grooms!
Hushing and gushing through streams of muse, revering for the mousse in lours. . .
Hah alas the righteous one attains its dream, there the mother of fortress receives for the kingdom to rein...
And the ultimate destiny revives, the wormhole of life begins!
