Sweet Potato, Parsnip, Carrot & Apple with Wholemeal Pasta with a hint of Nutmeg [6-7m+] . Leave out pasta for younger babies. . Both my baby and I love this combination. 😊 Sweet potato is definitely his favourite vegetable. . Ingredients.⤵ . - 1/2 sweet potato (peeled & chopped) - 1 medium parsnip (peeled & chopped) -1 medium carrot(peeled & chopped) - 1/2 apple (peeled & chopped) - a handful of organic wholemeal pasta - 60-100 ml liquid - a sprinkle of nutmeg (optional) . Method.⤵ 1. Set the pasta to boil 15-20 mins. Wholemeal pasta tends to take longer. . 2. Steam the first 3 ingredients together for 15 mins in a baby cook. Remove and steam apple for 5 mins. Or steam for 10 min in a steamer and then add apple and steam for another 5 mins. . 3. Add liquid and a sprinkle of nutmeg and blend until your desired consistency. If using breast milk then wait until everything has cooled down first before blending. . 4. This is suitable for freezing. Do not freeze if you have used thawn beastmilk. . . | | #babyrecipes #babyfoodrecipes #babyfood #babyweaning #babybrei #brei #homemadebabyfood #babyfoodprep #mealprep #healthybabyfood #weaningideas #weaning #babypuree #puree #healthybaby #organicbaby #organicbabyfood #organic #instababyfood #katdiliscious

Avocado & Banana Puré
This puré is so delicious and it’s also great to give if your baby is constipated. Make sure that the banana is riped. I give this to Constantin either for breakfast or in the afternoon.
It also makes a great smoothie for adults, just add milk and blend. My favourite smoothie. 😋
Ingredients:
* 1 riped banana * 1/2 riped avocado
2 ingredients, that all you need. Cut and blend. 😋

Spinach, Potato & Zucchini Puré
This combination was a total hit with Constantin. He cleaned up in 5 minutes and even wanted to beat the bowl. Haha I love it when he enjoys his food so much! :) I’ll be making another batch of this later.
Spinach and potato together give a very bland taste, hence, I’ve added zucchini to this mix to make it slightly sweeter.
Serve 2 portions of 140ml / 5oz
Ingredients:
* a handful of spinach *…

What a hit! Our baby son couldn’t get enough if this and finished his meal within 10 minutes. 😄
Ingredients:
* Broccoli * Fennel * 100ml Breast milk or Water
I have an Avent baby cook “steam, flip & blend” and love it. I’ve used it with our first born and now with no baby no 2. If you don’t have a baby cook, a normal steamer and hand blender will do too.
Cut them in small 2cm pieces and put…
