I'm deep in my writing journey and have somehow managed to overcome a lot of the obstacles that have kept me from actually writing my book! This is my very first attempt at a still life painting. This is also my very first attempt at using oil paint.

I have discovered two things: 1.) My painted can needs prayer. & 2.) I really don’t like oil paint.

All and all, it was an okay first go, if I can just fix some things.
