so glad tim key has never done a handheld, selfie-mode instagram live or recorded post. it’s all weird. all old men doing that look weird and strange.

MALADAPTVS HOW WAS DUBLIN!!! (and how is edinburgh) xx
HELLO I COULDVE SWORN I RESPONDED TO THIS ! i’m v aware i saw ed during festival season but that was sooo much for me. the cigarette smoke,, the walking,,, the crowds. i do enjoy the weather and i loved seeing the Tattoo but i had a nicer time day-to-day in dublin. i’ll be honest, walking through edinburgh as someone with scoliosis and chronic back pain, i kept thinking “this city hates the disabled” (not true to my knowledge).
both cities were surprisingly queer !! i haven’t lived in the most progressive states in the US but i was shocked that flags, posters, paintings of queer symbols and people hadn’t been vandalized. i loved the street art in dublin. i <3 graffiti. seeing people make their feelings about trans rights, unions, and education made public gave me insight into a community i really side with. made me really happy.
but also aer lingus lost my suitcase in dublin. so.
