I’m trying to start with 2 cups starchy carbs, a serving of animal protein, a protein yoghurt and 1-2 cups of vegetables/legumes a day. Try focusing on getting 10-15 different vegetables in per week and snacking on fruit if needed. Today I’m fighting the sniffles so trying to get as many colorful veggies as possible down in my food.
