#i need a new oc tag#the egg#im trying out coding for real* and it is beating my ass#i wanted to join the gmtk game jam but lmao. my idea was too big for my ablities and i didnt post anything#on bright side i am still playin around with the loop idea and trying to finish it at least decently#because why not#im using renpy tho that's doing a lot of the heavy lifting for this u-u#anyway i saw the theme was loop and went “dont i have a thing for that?” and i did!#its a prolog for my egg story! or more like side story since this is stuff i know but is never like. gone into in the story#so i can show it here in this short looping VN ^^#it kills time if anything#nothing like wondering if the line cant be read because of legitimate error or if i spelled a word wrong.#really makes me turn on my thinking cap

why Monster did that?
-well people use magic, she found out you can use demons to power your magic. she wanted to expand on that idea.

-byproduct of Rains loneliness. it was part of Rain, then somehow became a new demon. its strange that it became a kind of descendant of Rain.

…why are they doing this?
-the blue flower is made of love. the remnants of Rain spurs him to save himself (and Monster to an extent.) Rain did this to her on purpose, but he doesnt want her to suffer anymore. how long has it been...
-the black flower is made of loneliness. the remnants of Rain condemn him to inaction. he doesnt want Monster to leave him. if he just works harder, just puts up with this, goes just a little longer, then maybe those feelings from before can be his. he tries to deluded himself into believing this.
