I need a fanfiction of Du Cheng hissing at everyone (and I mean EVERYONE) who talks in his car when Shen Yi is sleeping in passenger seat.
It would be nice if some of them open their mouth just to ask him why he drives so slowly and why he is taking the absolute longest route.
As always, I look at you my dear dear fanfiction writers, my godsend angels.

He is confused because he forgot anyone besides Shen Yi even exists.
The only person that exists in Du Cheng's world is Shen Yi. 😂
Du Cheng is so confused. He's like huh? There's something going on with her? 🤦🏻♀️

I have just watched episodes 15 and 16 of The First Shot and I promise you that they deleted a scene of Bei sitting by Gu's hospital bed and waiting for him to wake up. The cuts are too abrupt for it to be anything else

Hello my dears
In the last two years we had "Healer and killer" and "under the skin", two Chinese drama series which are (kinda) bromance and are not adopted from any novel.
So, what we have this year? 👀👀
#healer and killer#killer and healer#under the skin#i know about the new one#justice in the dark#but that one is adopted from a novel

Under The Skin fandom is growing!!!! NICE 🙂
Fastest Growing Fandoms on AO3 This Week (07/18/2022)
Every week I pull data on how many fics are in each fandom and compare to the previous week, then calculate the percentage increase to determine fastest growing fandoms. Since this naturally skews towards smaller fandoms, I have included the same data filtered to Over 1k, 5k, & 10k fics.
Overall:
Over 1,000 Fics:
Over 5,000 Fics:
Over 10,000 Fics:

I've just finished Children of Nobody and I am so satisfied with it. A show can achieve so much if it just stops being obsessed with romance and focuses on the story

Here's the thing about fanfictions, they help you in many many ways. Your show was ruined by the writers? Fanfictions help you. Your favorite character is dead? Fanfictions help you. Your favorite ship doesn't have a chance of happiness or being a couple in the first place? Fanfictions help you. You feel so damn lonely? You read a story and realize somewhere around the world, someone thinks and feels similar to you on a specific matter and it helps you
sometimes you read a fanfiction to distract and enjoy yourself but you end up reading a dialogue or a sentence that fundamentally changes who you are as a person and how you perceive the world around you, and honestly i wouldn't have it any other way

Sometimes i see some posts (especially on Instagram) saying people shouldn't ship a certain couple because this and that. Between all these posts that make me roll my eyes, the worst ones are the ones who say you can't ship a couple because they're not canon and the writers didn't/don't want those two characters to be together.
First one all it's not anyone's business which fictional couple others ship. What's with people and trying to control other people's feelings for a fictional thing?? Don't get me wrong, i love arguments, i love it when people discuss something and talk about different perspectives but STOP TRYING TO CHANGE OTHER PEOPLE'S FEELINGS
The second point is that shipping is not always about what we see in our screens at this very moment or in the future, it's about the potential of them. That's about seeing two characters interact and thinking that they can work as a couple. Maybe it never happens in the show, maybe you are the only one who sees the potential but who cares? Feel however you want and don't let others put pressure on you about how you view a fictional matter

I never watched the 100 and i honestly don't know what this is about but TVD fans were told similar things many times. I wish next time a writer says something like this, people just stop watching so he/she realizes where the money comes from and why the viewers matter. These people truly believe they are doing us a favor by making tv shows
Fuck Jason. When asked about Bellamy, he said this:
“Don’t watch the show if you cannot handle losing characters that you love.”
WE ARENT MAD HE DIED YOU STALE SALTINE OF A MAN WE’RE MAD AT THE ABSOLUTEY IDIOTIC WAY HE DIED

My beautiful Chu Ran is the queen that decides to stay away from a hot troubled guy because she knows it's not going to end well for her.
She's the queen who ends her arranged marriage by herself when in basically every other show, that's the job of main male character to come and save her.
She's a strong woman who is actually nice and not a bitch (you may see this pattern a lot that only bitches can be strong. Nice girls are always damsel in distress)
Your honest opinion about Yoon soohyun from The Devi judge?
And your honest opinion about Chu ran?
Ooo, okay.
My honest and personal opinion about Yoon Soohyun is that she could have been more. She could have been more than just Gaon's best friend who had this weird crush on Gaon for how many years and then basically just...dies. Like, I am tired of writers just writing women for the sake of a romance plot or for the sake of dying to either progress the plot or to help the male lead in some way. Like...Soohyun should have been more. She was a cop. And we really didn't get to see her being that. She had her moments where she was totally a badass, like that spin kick to Juk Chang's face? Fucking awesome. But like...there were also some moments where you're just like...you're a fucking cop, what are you doing?! Am I talking about the scene where she just leaves Elijah alone in her car to go fight off some bad guys by herself without calling for fucking backup?! Yes, I am talking about that scene because it irritated me so much. Also, and again, this is just my honest opinion, I don't think she should have been a lead character. She should have been a secondary character, especially with the amount of screen time she had. Jung Sun-ah makes sense that she's a lead because she's the main villain. Like that makes sense. Soohyun as a main lead? Not so much. Also, she's a little toxic. Like...she doesn't really hear Gaon out when he tries to explain to her that Yohan's really not such a bad guy but she doesn't want to hear it? She won't even let Gaon explain himself after the whole Cha Kyung Hee suicide incident, she just kept berating him like he's a child. That's another thing that she did, she constantly treated Gaon like a child or someone who didn't have the capacity to make his own decisions when we know that Gaon is fully capable of making his own decisions (even though they can be dumb decisions).
Now, my honest opinion about Chu Ran is that she's a really well written female character, especially in a cast where it's mainly men. Like...there was her, Zhong Yiren, Keying, Jiang Shengan, Liu Li, Mo Qing, Zining, and Mrs. Bai. Like, that's very little compared to the rest of the cast, who is mainly men. But, she holds her own and out of all the chinese female characters that I've seen, she's the best written one so far. Why? Because she's not stupid. She's a reporter but she focuses on finding the truth, not just publishing stories, unlike someone *cough cough* BYN *cough cough*. She also isn't there for like...just a plot device or a romance tool, she actually contributes to the story and to the plot. She's not just there because they need a female character for a het romance (which is also getting very, very old but I also understand why it's a thing but still...it's fucking 2021, people). Like, the first time we see her, she fucking protects Jiang Yuelou from the British soldiers by saying that she's on her period when the British soldiers notice that there's blood in the trash can. Like...bruh. Amazing. And she's also willing to help with like missions and getting information. She was even willing to get married to fucking Zhan Junbai to help protect/save her friends. What an absolute queen. And while yes, she did die (as did many other characters in this drama), her death...didn't quite go to waste? I don't know how to explain it, I personally think there could have been a lot less deaths but meh. We don't speak about ep. 37 and the bad ending so...
But overall, my personal opinion is that Chu Ran was a better written female character and didn't just serve as a plot/romance device like Soohyun did. She was just a better female character overall. But again, this is just me and my opinions.

The keen eyes of "killer and healer" fandom still amazes me to this day. We had Yuelou and Yuzhi and all those breathtaking scenes of them and we still managed to see (and fall for) this complicated relationship between Junbai and Tangchun.
