New episode of Indie Showcase is out today! I think this is the first time I’ve come across a Pixel style game that has managed to build atmosphere and tension as much as this one has. It’s a short demo but well worth your time!

Hi-Bit Era is back with Hyper Light Drifter, a game I've been meaning to play for so long. We're going to an epic journey to....well.... I'm not entirely sure yet, I haven't figured out whats actually happening but there are so many questions that need answering. Who's that other guy? Why do people talk in symbols? Is that my doggo? Indie Showcase is now live! This week we're playing Starmancer; A Dwarf fortress inspired space sim. Create and design your own space station, take care of your colonists, make decisions that will impact the unique story you create in your play through. This demo is very bare bones at the moment but it has so much promise and potential.

Its the Final episode of Beat Cop today! Felt a little bit disappointed with the ending I got (mainly because I'm rubbish police) but it was a really fun experience. Most likely wont be a video on Saturday as I need to figure out what to play for the next play-through (If you have any suggestions please let me know)

New episode of Indie Showcase is now up (sorry its a bit late) but it's a good one today! I'm playing In Other Waters, an oceanic exploration game where you control an AI assisting a xenobioligist by the name of Ellery Vas. There's a whole lot of depth to this game and not just in the ocean, its very narrative driven and the choices you make will affect even the smallest parts of your relationship with Ellery

Carrying on with Hi-Bit Era and Beat Cop today. I have become what everyone expects from a police officer... rubbish at being a police officer and helping the crew and mafia instead. Today was the newest episode of Indie Showcase featuring Neon City Riders from Mecha Studios, a 2D Action Adventure Game where you can explore the whole cyberpunk nu-wave city at your will. Rainswept feels very much its going to be a bat shit crazy twin peaks inspired murder mystery. Very interested to see how this one turns out. You play as Michael Anderson who is called to Pineview to assist local police is solving a murder but things start to get a bit weird, and your past is going to make a big unwelcome appearance

Today we're going on a trip to ancient India. Raji An Ancient Epic is an action adventure game; Raji, is a young girl chosen by the gods to stand against the demonic invasion of the human realm. Her destiny is to rescue her younger brother and face the demon lord Mahabalasura. Developed by Nodding Head Games, the game features hand painted environments, unique character art styles and a combat system that's fluid yet tough to master.
