Prince Charles got his wish: The palace has announced that Prince William and wife Kate have welcomed a baby girl. Earlier, the palace confirmed Kate had entered the Lindo wing at St. Mary’s Hospital at 6am local time today with William by her side; that’s the same hospital where she gave birth to Prince George in 2013. “Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge was safely delivered of a daughter at 8.34am,” reads the official Kensington Palace Twitter feed. “The baby weighs 8lbs 3oz. The Duke of Cambridge was present for the birth. … Her Royal Highness and her child are both doing well.” The new little girl is fourth in line to the British throne after Prince Charles, Prince William, and her big brother; her arrival bumps Prince Harry to No. 5.

A group of environmental scientists today issued a warning about commonly used chemicals known as PFAS. The chemicals, which go by the longer names of polyfluoroalkyl and perfluoroalkyl, are found in everything from pizza boxes to carpet treatments, reports the New York Times. “If you got a pastry with your coffee this morning, a PFAS substance probably even lined the waxy paper it was served on,” writes Lynne Peeples at the Huffington Post. (In the case of the pizza boxes, the chemicals help prevent the boxes from getting soaked by grease.) The warning came today in the journal Environmental Health Perspectives, whose coverage included a statement signed by 200 scientists from 38 countries urging restrictions. (It’s here, known as the Madrid Statement.)
A previous type of PFAS, popularized by DuPont years ago in Teflon products, is no longer in use because of concerns the chemicals lingered in bodies and raised the risk of cancer. In today’s warning letter, scientists warn that the replacement PFAS need far more study to make sure they’re safe. “Research is needed to find safe alternatives for all current uses of PFASs,” writes Health and Human Services official Linda Birnbaum in a companion commentary piece. “The question is, should these chemicals continue to be used in consumer products in the meantime, given their persistence in the environment?” Reps from the chemical industry and DuPont in particular insist that the chemicals are safe.

If the hair has lost its first beauty and luster, it is essential to take drastic measures. Typically, all sorts of innovative shampoos as well as masks are ineffective, especially throughout problematic cases. Experts advise to take note of various supplements with vitamins that will normalize the structure of the hair, working from the inside of.
Today the range of products for hair is quite extensive. And one can easily find confused among their variety. Do you know the most popular vitamin supplements worth attention and which one ought to be careful with?
Viviscal
This is one of the most known additives for hair, which contains vitamin C, silicon dioxide, and fish protein. It comes originally from Scandinavia. The world’s leading dermatologists often recommend it to their patients. According to their observations, it helps to restore the initial thickness of the hair and normalize its growth. One must use this product twice a day for about three months. This additive will save the hair weakened after coloring or improper care; besides, it will also help to regain luxurious hair after serious operations.
Biotin
This additive copes with the problem of brittle hair and nails due to vitamins H and V. The effectiveness of biotin has been confirmed by many people who use it. It restores the sebaceous glands, normalizes blood sugar, and reduces hair breaking. However, one should not take this vitamin excessively, otherwise you may receive dermatitis, anemia, depression, insomnia and muscle pain.
Vitamin D
This so-called “solar” vitamin is essential for many body functions, including the health of the hair. It helps regulate its growth cycle. That is why many people take it, hoping for speedy results. But this is not so simple. Experts believe that it is quite difficult to calculate the required daily amount of the vitamin. However, it may be used as part of vitamin complexes.
Saw Palmetto
This herbal remedy has recently appeared on the shelves of local stores. It is derived from the fruit of the American dwarf pine. The manufacturer promises that this supplement will not only help stimulate hair growth, but also return its shine and strength. Indeed, most of the patients who used this extract showed significant improvement, although there are people whom this supplement does not help.
Vitamin A
This antioxidant is essential for skin, hair, and fingernails. It is actively involved in the regeneration process of the skin plus the formation of immunity. When acquiring this vitamin, it is imperative that you calculate the correct amount regarding its daily oral intake because an overdose is usually fatal. It is fat soluble, which means that the substances your body isn’t going to use will be accumulated throughout tissues.
But it can be dangerous for the liver, leading to nausea as well as fatigue. Because of an overdose with the vitamin, hair will not expand rapidly, but on the contrary it will start to fall. You should not overuse it in the slightest; when buying this vitamin browse the label very carefully. Best of, consult your doctor before taking it to counteract negative consequences.
B vitamins and iron
Vitamins B6, B12 and folic acid help regenerate red blood cells, which in turn will contribute to the delivery of nutrients and oxygen to the body cells. Hair growth will accelerate in this case. Iron, which can be obtained from shrimp, beans, egg yolks and lean beef, pork, turkey and chicken, helps the development of red blood cells.
Vitamin B12 can be obtained by incorporating skim milk, seafood or salmon into your daily diet. Beans, greens, nuts, meat and grains are the source of vitamin B6. Folic acid is found in soybeans, lentils and any greenery. Do not forget about proteins that are useful for the whole body.
Healthy lifestyle is mandatory
Whatever it is, no additive will help you by 100%, unless you live a healthy lifestyle. First of all, you need a healthy diet full of useful products. Give up fast food, fried and fatty dishes and alcohol. If you smoke, try to forget about this habit. Most people walk in the fresh air because oxygen is vital for the hair and the whole body. Consult with a qualified doctor what kind of vitamins you need at this stage.
Pay more attention to your health because beauty is largely dependent on the general state of the organism. It is worth remembering that vitamin supplements are not a panacea, but merely an additive.

New Filter Family Adds Diversity to Instagram Toolset
Instagram recently added some new filters . The addition of the 5 new filters brings the total number in the app to 24. "In December 2012, we added Mayfair and Willow to the Instagram filter family -- and a lot has happened in the last 2 years. Photography trends have evolved, and the ...
Instagram recently added some new filters . The addition of the 5 new filters brings the total number in the app to 24.
“In December 2012, we added Mayfair and Willow to the Instagram filter family — and a lot has happened in the last 2 years. Photography trends have evolved, and the capabilities of the camera on your phone have vastly improved.
“Inspired by the photography, art, fashion and design of the global Instagram community, we’re releasing five new filters that we believe are our best yet,” the company said.
In addition to the new filters, Instagram has changed how filters are displayed at the bottom of a photo — their effects are shown as a blurred thumbnail of the pic — and the display order of the filters can be altered by dragging and dropping their thumbnails where you want them in the app’s filter tray.
Filters that aren’t often used can now be hidden from sight, too.
Subtle Effects
Each of the filters included in the latest version of Instagram, which is available at the Apple App Store and Google Play, make subtle mood changes to a photo. They are Slumber, Crema, Ludwig, Perpetua and Aden.
Commercial Appeal
Competitive pressure might have had a role in the roll out from the new filters, noted IDC Investigation Director Chris Chute.
“A host of me-too apps happen to be introduced to the market since Instagram was launched. Filters are becoming any competitive advantage for Instagram and so i suspect you’ll see it develop more filters in the future because that’s the real value of their service, ” he advised us.
Instagram also has an advantage on some of its rivals since it adds new filters absolutely free. “A lot of competitors offer new filters, but you need to pay for them using an in-app purchase, ” Chute explained.
He added that the modern filters, which have the kind of nuance found in skilled products, will be welcome one of many app’s growing cadre regarding commercial users.
“Instagram is quickly transforming into a commercial tool for any business that desires to use social media in a very more artistic context than tweeting out positive news as to what their company is up to. These filters seem to have particular value to any commercial audience, which is also a method to remain competitive, ” Chute extra.
Little Effect for Pros
While Instagram has improved its features over the years, the app still falls short of what’s available to professional photographers.
“Even the apps that imitate the features for professional photographers are not anywhere near as powerful or flexible. They imitate professional features but they’re not getting close to equaling them at all,” David D. Busch, creative director of the David Busch Photography Guides, told us.
The migration of professional-style features to the smartphone camera, though, has had its impact on pro shooters. “As Instagram and other apps begin to bring professional techniques to the casual user and smartphone artist, pros are using their creativity to come up with new ‘looks’. Smartphone vendors and app developers will then try to copy them,” Busch explained.
A limitation of filters like those in Instagram is that they can add a sameness to a portfolio. “When people see a filter applied to a photo for the first time, they think it’s original, but it’s not. Most Instagram photographers just want something different from an old snapshot, and filters can make a bad picture a little better,” noted Busch.

Dental professionals have long recommended a teeth cleaning every six months. One expert, Edmond R. Hewlett, a professor of dentistry at the University of California, Los Angeles, explains why a few people can get by with less frequent visits to the dentist, while others should consider going even more often.
The biannual dental visit was designed with the “average” person in mind, Dr. Hewlett says. That means people who are middle-aged, don’t smoke and who brush their teeth twice a day and don’t eat too many sweets. Within six months, the majority of people will produce enough tartar that it will need to be scraped off by a dental hygienist.
Some people may be fine going for longer periods between cleaning. But it’s a category of patient that might seem difficult to qualify for. Typically, these people are in their 20s and 30s who are otherwise healthy, eat extremely well and floss daily, Dr. Hewlett says. For the rest of us, whose dietary indulgences and dental hygiene aren’t so ideal, six months seem a safer bet.
A number of factors might make it a good idea to see a dentist three or even four times a year. People whose diet is rich in sugary foods or drinks should consider more frequent checkups, Dr. Hewlett says. And people who are older, or who have dry mouth, might be more prone to the damage bacteria can cause to teeth, gums and bones.
“As we get older, we start to accumulate more health conditions from the various problems we’ve had over a lifetime, so your risk status will change and usually go up,” says Dr. Hewlett. Dry mouth, which is a common side effect of many medications, means there is less saliva, which makes it easier for bacteria to grow.
Saliva normally has a fairly neutral pH, or basic/acidic balance, that helps protect against excessive bacterial growth. Too much sugar can overpower saliva’s ability to create a balanced environment, making more frequent dental cleanings important, Dr. Hewlett says. And some people’s saliva has a lower, more-acidic pH, and this creates an environment where harmful bacteria thrive, he says.
People also should consider going to a dentist more often when cleaning their teeth at home is physically difficult. Crowded or overlapping teeth can make it hard to access some surfaces during routine brushing or to slide dental floss between teeth. Dr. Hewlett advises checking with your dentist about how often a cleaning is needed.
When bacteria build up in the mouth, it may result in tartar forming, which in turn could potentially cause inflammation of the gums and at last irreversible bone loss around one’s teeth. The timing of bone loss will vary from one person to another, but 18 months is the beginning for when it becomes dangerous not to own teeth cleaned, Dr. Hewlett claims.
“After a year and some sort of half, or maybe two a long time of no professional cleaning by any means, your risk for at very least some initial bone loss is usually significant, ” says Dr. Hewlett. This bone loss starts off little by little but will accelerate if quit unchecked. Also, the longer some time between visits, the harder the hygienist will likely need to work to scrape away your buildup, which can be upsetting.
Tenderness or bleeding of your gums during brushing and flossing can indicate inflammation caused by buildup of tartar, says Medical professional. Hewlett. It is a sign that some areas are now being missed during home cleaning. Improved sensitivity, a dull ache, or a single tooth that has changed color may also indicate more serious problems, such as a dead nerve inside the teeth.

Park Hyatt New York Hotel

As New York City’s first five-star, truly luxury property to open in more than a decade, Park Hyatt New York is one of the world’s most hotly anticipated new hotels. Occupying the first 25 floors of a towering skyscraper, the hotel opened its doors in August and is now the flagship of the global Park Hyatt brand, taking that title from the Chicago property.
Positioned in bustling Midtown, Park Hyatt Nyc sits within walking distance connected with Carnegie Hall, Central Park, The Museum of Modern Art, in addition to Columbus Circle. It’s housed in precisely what is now the second-tallest residential building inside the city, One57, which reaches the height of just over 1, 000 feet and has developed into a striking addition to the neighborhood’s skyline. Pritzker Prize-winning architect Christian de Portzamparc and the interior-design firm Yabu Pushelberg, whose clients include Barneys Nyc and Bergdorf Goodman, are accountable for the hotel’s elegant, modern functional, which successfully creates a high-end residential atmosphere rather than a traditional hotel environment. The house has 210 rooms, 95 of which are suites.
Guests are greeted inside the ground-floor lobby on 57th Avenue, and then escorted to the hotel lobby about the third floor, which features the sitting area, lounge, and bistro. Park Hyatt New York likewise houses a full-service spa, indoor swimming pool, gym, and ballroom. One of the most extremely outstanding aspects of this house is its contemporary art selection, which is displayed throughout the particular hotel.
Park Hyatt New York’s luxuriously appointed guestrooms are among the largest in the city, with rooms between 484–680 square feet, while fits measure 811–2, 239 square legs. All rooms feature natural rock flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows, flat-screen Tv set, beds topped with fine German linens, contemporary artwork, a natural color scheme, handsome dark-wood closet, well-stocked minibars with Nespresso gourmet coffee machines and complimentary coffee in addition to teas, and iPad Minis of which allow guests to order place service and place other needs. (Complimentary Wi-Fi is available through the hotel. ) Upon entering their room, guests can expect to identify a bowl of fresh fruit expecting them, followed later by the delivery of your sweet treat, perhaps fine chocolate made in-house.
Because Park Hyatt New York occupies the lower levels of One57, views from the rooms can be less than stellar, though some suites on higher floors offer panoramic views of 57th and 58th Streets. (Public spaces including the gym and spa make up for this by offering splendid views of the skyline and Central Park.) Guests on lower floors may hear some street noise, but this is less of an issue on the higher floors. And though the hallways remain rather quiet for the most part, it is possible to hear the sound of nearby doors closing while inside a room. As for the beds, some guests may find the mattress to be a bit too firm for their tastes, but this can be adjusted to one’s liking by contacting the front desk.
In standard rooms, the gorgeous bathroom takes up nearly as much real estate as the living space. Regardless of room type, all bathrooms feature a two-sink vanity, mirrors with built-in TVs, a soaking tub, heated floors, a walk-in rain shower, separate toilet rooms (suites offer bidet-style toilets), sliding doors that can be closed for privacy, and products designed by Le Labo with an exclusive scent for this hotel. With its beautiful appearance, ample space, and high-end fixtures, the bathroom feels like it received a high level of consideration from the designers, rather than coming across as a necessary afterthought.
Overall, the rooms feel extremely well designed, handsome, and welcoming. Thanks to the square-footage (think large foyers in rooms), understated but luxurious décor, and impeccable bathrooms, the guestrooms achieve the designers’ goal of feeling like chic urban apartments instead of cookie-cutter hotel units.
The Back Room at One57, the in-house restaurant, bills itself as an American grill; with its high ceilings, lounge-y soundtrack, and hand-blown glass chandeliers, it feels like a swanky steakhouse that has the potential to become a dining destination for power lunches and businesspeople looking to impress their clients. (The somewhat awkward, high-backed leather chairs look like they belong in a corporate boardroom, but they can be avoided by asking for one of the restaurant’s banquettes.)
The food, overseen by Executive Chef Sebastien Archambault (formerly of the Blue Duck Tavern in Washington, D.C.) is excellent across the board, though standouts include the U.S.D.A. Prime, dry-aged steaks, including a 60-day-aged, 38-ounce rib eye for two. Depending on availability, the menu is punctuated with fine ingredients such as foie gras, truffles, sea urchin, and sweetbreads. Cocktails, wines, and service are all equally commendable. The restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Outside the restaurant is The Living Room, a spacious lounge where guests can go for continental breakfast, light fare throughout the day, and Champagne or cocktails.Aside from the sofas and chairs in the room, there is also an eight-seat bar that overlooks 57th Street. The Living Room is open daily from morning until night, with cocktail service ending at 1 am. Guests also have the option of ordering in-room dining 24 hours a day.
It’s usually hard to get excited about hotel gyms, which often leave a lot to be desired, but that’s not the case at Park Hyatt New York. Located on the 25th floor, the 1,845-square-foot gym feels large, looks impeccable, and features state-of-the-art cardio and muscle-toning equipment. In addition, it features views of Central Park, and it also overlooks the sunny, three-story aerie where the pool is located.
The 65-foot-long lap pool, one of the nicest in any New York City hotel, is a beautiful place to relax whether it’s day or night. In the same space, there’s also a hot tub, steam room, lounge chairs, and locker rooms that stock high-end hair products from Vaughn. Perhaps most notable is the classical-music soundtrack (courtesy of Carnegie Hall) that plays in the aerie, locker rooms, and even in the pool thanks to six underwater speakers.

Clarisonic, Olay, and Clinique are reputable brands that produce modern gadgets for cleansing facial skin. Do you need a brush for the face? We decided to evaluate the “pros” and “cons”. The Clarisonic brush is included in the list of must-have products among celebrities, beauty bloggers, and cosmetologists. However, there are a number of experts who are in no hurry to recommend this cosmetic innovation to all. Where is the truth?
What is a facial cleansing brush?
This is an electric toothbrush, which uses the same technology as the electric toothbrush. This vibrates and rotates, providing the actual cleaning movement. Of course, a facial brush has softer and gentler bristles over a toothbrush.
According to a 2006 study conducted by the creators of the Clarisonic wash, the result of using this kind of brush consists in softening comedones along with the excretion of sebum and dirt from the pores of the skin. The particular brush removes remnants of facial foundation and dead skin cells. Advantage or harm?
Electric facial brushes sit as a gadget for cleansing as opposed to peeling. And so women feel free to use them twice a day, while washing their face every day and evening. Manufacturers add that brushes works extremely well each time when cleansing your skin layer – even without any clean-up product. However, as follows from the results of testing, the wash not also cleanses, but exfoliates also. Such frequent peeling does more harm than benefit towards skin, especially in case regarding dry and sensitive skin.
About the one hand, peeling is great for the skin. This is really a fact. The removal of the very best layer of dead cells from the skin surface leads to the renewed, bright, smooth skin by having an even tone. Exfoliation also reduces fine wrinkles and evens your skin layer. In addition, the procedure is advantageous for the skin, as it improves the penetration of skin care products and increases the effectiveness of creams and serums. Besides, it keeps your skin layer pores clean and helps reduce acne. In short, some advantages are obtained. Why is recurrent peeling harmful?
Together with the actual dead cells, the protective layer in the skin is also eliminated. Intensive exfoliation exposes the layers of skin that are not ready to come towards surface, and this is reflected in the red and irritated skin with a painful reaction. The skin devoid of the protective barrier is prone to help infection and poor healing; therefore, it turns into a constant wound rather then getting renewed and clear.
How often should brushes be used?
It is clear that peeling is needed, but you must follow the correct frequency of the procedure. And it all depends on your skin type:
If your skin is quite thick, the electric brush can be used twice a day, without the fear of side effects. By the way, it is men who have the thickest facial skin, and so some brands produce brushes for men.
If the skin is dry or sensitive, the perfect regularity of peeling would be 2-3 times a week. But it is important to monitor the individual reaction of the skin to the brush. For some people, peeling twice a week is excessive.
Normal skin can be exfoliated 3-4 times a week, and in some cases – every day.
Thus, as the manufacturer says, electric toothbrushes are good for most of us. However, there are cases when the use of brushes should be stopped or at least suspended:
If an electric brush is used in combination with the cleansers containing AHA or BHA (alpha hydroxy or beta hydroxy acids), it often leads to extreme exfoliation which is harmful to the skin. If your skin care products contain these acids, you should also use the brush with extreme caution. At the first signs of skin irritation, the use of the brush should be stopped.
When having rosacea. The websites of the brush manufacturers indicate that this product can be used in case of rosacea, as evidenced by their research. However, there is an opinion of an independent dermatologist. Dr. Leslie Baumann, published in her article on Yahoo Health; she insists that the use of facial brushes should be avoided if women have sensitive skin, acne, and rosacea. What makes facial cleansing brushes good for the face?
Manufacturers of electric brushes for skin continuously monitor the effectiveness of their products. And the results of their research are often very impressive. For example, the Clarisonic manufacturer has conducted laboratory tests, which revealed that the brush removes the remnants of makeup 6 times better than manual cleaning. This gives the reason to believe that electric brushes are more effective for the removal of oil-based as well as water-resistant products.
In general, the good news is that the responses of professional cosmetologists for the new product are mostly positive. Studying the websites of well-known beauticians, not a single sharply negative reference can be found. And the users who have tried the Clinique brush pointed to the positive results in more than 90% of the cases.
What are the conclusions?
So, is it worth spending money on an expensive beauty gadget? After all, electric brushes are not cheap (Clarisonic costs $99, and Clinique costs more than $120). Besides, the purchase is not limited to the brush itself, and you will have to regularly clean and change the caps.
The answer to this question may be individual. If you have very dry and sensitive skin, it may be peeled with glycolic acid that your skin will be more accustomed to. But if you belong to those who rarely have problems with the skin, and also love to try new things – the electric facial cleansing brush is your product. But only if you yourself take care of your skin and reduce the frequency or stop using the brush when the first cases of skin irritation appear.

After promising clinical trials, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved a drug called Saxenda for chronic weight management that will be available by prescription to overweight and obese adults.
Intended to accompany a diet and physical fitness program, Saxenda is a once-daily injection of an imitation of the hormone GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide) that tells as their pharmicudical counterpart when the stomach is full.
The treatment is not with no risks, amongst which include pancreatitis, gall bladder disease, hypoglycemia and changes in spirits and behavior.
Side effects consist of upset stomach, fatigue, dizziness as well as abdominal pain, according to a corporation press release.
Saxenda joins Contrave, the same drug that won FDA approval in early September on this year.
Like Saxenda, Contrave should be used accompanied by a diet and exercise regime, although treatment contains two drugs called naltrexone HCl and bupropion HCl that band together to suppress hunger.
Also similar to Saxenda, the medication is not for all, and those interested should consult with their doctor about whether medication will be the appropriate way to address their weight excess.
Contrave is currently under review by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) intended for approval in Europe.

1. Schizophrenia is Treatable
Schizophrenia is a chronic, severe, and disabling brain disorder that has affected people throughout history. About 1 % of Americans have this illness. With antipsychotic medications, schizophrenia symptoms such as feeling agitated and having hallucinations usually go away within days. Symptoms such as delusions usually go away within a few weeks. After about 6 weeks, many people will see a lot of improvement.
2. Types of Symptoms: Positive
Positive symptoms (such as hallucinations, delusions, thought disorders, and movement disorders) are psychotic behaviors not seen in healthy people. People with positive symptoms often “lose touch” with reality. These symptoms can come and go. Sometimes they’re severe and other times they’re hardly noticeable, depending on whether the person is receiving treatment.
3. Types of Symptoms: Negative
Negative symptoms (such as lack of pleasure, lack of ability to plan/start/complete activities) are associated with disruptions to normal emotions and behaviors. These symptoms are hard to recognize. They can be mistaken for depression or other conditions.
4. Types of Symptoms: Cognitive
Cognitive symptoms (such as poor ability to understand information and make plans, trouble focusing, inability to use newly learned information to solve problems) are often subtle. Like negative symptoms, they may be difficult to recognize as part of the disorder. Cognitive symptoms often make it hard to lead a normal life and earn a living. They can cause great emotional distress.
5. Schizophrenics Usually Aren’t Violent
Actually, most violent crimes are not committed by people with schizophrenia. Substance abuse may increase the chance a person will become violent. If a person with schizophrenia becomes violent, it is usually directed at family members and tends to take place at home.
6. Suicide Risk is High
Patients attempt suicide much more often than others. About 10 % die by suicide, especially young adult males.
7. The Substance Abuse Connection
Some people who abuse drugs show symptoms similar to those of schizophrenia. Therefore, people with schizophrenia may be mistaken for people who are affected by drugs. People who have schizophrenia are much more likely to have a substance or alcohol abuse problem than the general population. Some drugs, such as marijuana, amphetamines, or cocaine, may make symptoms worse.
8. Help for Everyday Challenges
Psychosocial treatments can help people with schizophrenia who are already stabilized on antipsychotic medication. Psychosocial treatments help these people deal with the everyday challenges of the illness, such as difficulty with communication, self-care, work, and forming and keeping relationships. Learning and using coping mechanisms to address these problems allows people with schizophrenia to socialize and attend school and work.
9. Medication Can Have Side Effects
Some people experience side effects when they start taking medication for schizophrenia. Most of these effects go away after a few days and often can be managed successfully. They may include drowsiness, dizziness when changing positions, blurred vision, rapid heartbeat, sensitivity to the sun, skin rashes, and menstrual problems in women.
Typical antipsychotic medications can cause side effects related to physical movement, such as rigidity, persistent muscle spasms, tremors, and restlessness. Atypical antipsychotic medications can cause major weight gain and changes in metabolism.
10. Medication Compliance Matters
Some people stop taking their medication because they feel better or think they don’t need it anymore. But no one should stop taking an antipsychotic medication without talking with his or her doctor. When a doctor says it’s okay to stop taking a medication, it should be gradually tapered off, never stopped suddenly.
