Lupo from Eureka, Ballard and Sierra from Dollhouse, Seven from ST:Voyager, Henry from Sanctuary... All appeared in the Mortal Kombat web series. A sign that the stars of the geek shows are massive geeks themselves, willing to support other geeks in the creation of geek shows.

Only the geeky, nerdy, unpopular sci-fi genre garners that sort of loyalty from the performers. We are too nice, we accept whatever shows the "SyFy" channel is willing to pay for as the best we can get. Science Fiction deserves better, and there is a thousand books, already written, waiting to be made into the next big thing.

I want something more than sexy vampires and wrestling. Make an Ender's Game series, an Earthsea Quartet or even something unique and special. But please, don't make me watch fecking True Blood and assorted wrestling apes.

I will miss Cas... But he died a hero, and opened the path for the entire Cthulhu Mythos to drop on Sam and Dean's heads.

That has got to be at least two more seasons of content, and we didn't even have to lose Mischa.

The fact people criticise Sera Gamble terrifies me, what more do people want from a TV series?

The Deep Red Sky - Look On Your Face

This is a great band hailing from Edinburgh, Scotland. Formally known as The Breach, this band has supported the likes of The View, Twilight Sad, Sergeant and Hot Club de Paris. 

Their début EP, The Job. The Flat. The Girlfriend., is available now.
