There's so much context and subtext that I feel people miss out on with these two that's surprisingly deep for the small amount of time they have together and I feel it gets overshadowed by the main cast because screen time isn't too kind to dear old Johnny. *beep* *beep* *beep* Their plays someone on their gaming console. It is a 25 year old men named Mario with a mustache that is messy, blue eyes like the sea, red overalls with blue shirt on. "Come on" After saying this he starts getting furious and moves the controller fast.

*knock* *knock* *knock* The door opens. " Can I come in?" Says a voice from the door. Mario paused his game and opens the door. It is Luigi half asleep.

"What is it Luigi?" asks Mario while looking focused on him. Luigi yawns and makes a promise to Mario. "Can you maybe not play this game in the night?" Mario looking at his game and thinks about that. "I don't know Luigi." He looks back to his brother. "I am almost done finishing the game Luigi, have some patience Luigi."

Luigi slames the door and went to bed.

Mario goes to his chair and plays his game. After he defeats the boss it shows a 100% on the screen. The ending scene shows the hero getting married by the rescued princess. Marios faces starts shining like a sun, "No way I made the 100%" after saying this, he jumps out like a child on a trampoline. "Yahoo I finished the gane." He landed on his feet, until a noise comes from the tv.

"Hello is there anyone here?" ask a voice with a brooklyn accent. Mario looks at the tv and sees a guy looking similar to him.

"Is that me, but I look very fat and ugly in there?" The guy on the tv feels insulted. "That wasn't very nice, you starved looking men."

Mario feels ashamed of this and apologize to him. "I am sorry, I shouldn't offend you!"

He grabs the mens hand and pull to his direction. The man comes out of the tvand congratulates him. "Thanks for helping me. Can you tell me whats your name?"

Mario introduces himself "I am Mario Jumpman" and then awks to the man "What is your name?"

The man answer with "My name us Mario Jumpman." As he hears the name, both realized they have the same name. Then the tv shoots a men to Marios chair, "Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!", and broke it by landing on it. "No the chair!" says Mario 1 ,while sobbing. Mario 2 comes to help the men.

"Thanks buddy. " He looks around at asks "Where am I?" Mario one looks at the men and It's looking similar to him,except the colors of the overalls and the shirt are swapped and the mustache is halfas messy.

"2023 Mario there you are, we are in this Marios living room." 2023 Mario understands this and asks Mario which year by him.

Mario confusiously answers "1985?" 2023 Mario looks serious at Mario, which makes 1986 Mario confuses more.

"What's going on here?" Asks 1985 Mario while trying to understand it. 2023 Mario grabs tightly on 1985s Marios shirt "You are the one curses us with a never ending!!" 1985 Mario scaredly gets confused on with this statement. "Cursed you guys?"

He gets punched by the face. 1985 Mario landed on the back and tries to get up. "Look I don't get you, tell me what is going here?"

2023 Mario prepares the fire flower. "Because of your movie the stupid prince and your crossdressing thing is written in history!"

They hear some footstepps running down the stairs and opening the door. "Can you keep quiet Mario!" Luigi sees three versions of Mario and put his hand on his forehead. Luigi looks scared and cries. "I want my Mario baaaahaaaaaahaaaaack!"

Mario 2 looks angry at 2023 Mario. "Look what you did 2023 Mario." 1985 Mario gets up fast and goes to Luigi. "Hey Luigi whats going on?" Luigi cuddles to his Mario and tells to him. "After I saw three versions of you and just you got beaten by the other two Marios, I feel scared of you being defeated."

2023 Mario feeling regrets after seeing 1985 Mario comforting his Luigi. "1992 I made a big mistake." Mario 2 disappointly looking at 2023 Mario. "That wasn't very smart 2023, you should talk first to understand him and then action."

1985 Marios body came a yellow light, which makes the two Mario wonders.

"A shiny yellow light? Is he special or something?" Says Mario 2, while facing near 2023 Mario. "It is the stars power he ate in Bowsers fight!"

"How dare you traumatizing Luigi like this!" 1986 Mario prepares to fight.

Mario 2 defends 2023 Mario and holds hands to 1985 Marios direction. "Hold on buddy you wouldn't hurt this Mario!" He looks at 2023 Mario and whispers to him. "Apologize to him!"

"What?" says 2023 Mario. Mario 2 looks angry at him. "Go apologize 2023 or we are toasted" 2023 Mario approachs to 1985 Mario and get punches on the guts.

"Mama mia" comes out of 2023 Mario, while laying on his back. 1985 Mario looks confused on what he says. "Hm why did he say Mama mia?"

Mario 2 looked shocked and went fast to 2023 Mario. "Looks like you defeated him!" Hearing this got 1985 Mario scared, to the point of starting to feel regret to.

"Buddy are you okay?" Asks Mario 2 while looking at a traumatized.

"I killed this Mario didn't I?" says 1985 Mario with a frightening tone of a voice. Mario 2 looked a bit concerned about 1985 Mario and says that the only way to bring him back is a 1 Up Mushroom or that he has 2 lives left.

Luigi comes to 1985 Mario and gives him the book. "Here take this while I sleep." Before going to the bedroom 1985 Mario thanks him.

Mario 2 looking with the other Mario on the book and shockingly seeing the three power ups. "WOW. I didn't know those power ups are that ancient."

1985 Mario chuggles and telling his first adventure with Luigi.

Mario 2 looks confused at what it happens. "I thought 2023s Marios story is sad, but yours is both sad and happy." 1985 Mario looking tired and falls asleep. Mario 2 is not surprised, brings 1985 Mario to bed and sleeps with him.

I draw the three animated Marios with how I have a idea for them

DiC Mario is the one that usually is the one guy from the three that is a great person to talk too and having him more elements of 90s american cartoons by being a trustful adult that teach these two like in a PSA , but got ultimately fun of because the were cheesy and really bad that makes both 2023 and 1986 Marios look good by comperision.

2023 Mario is more serious and sassier than these two and is in one way suffered by being a punching bag and having daddy issues. He makes sure that 1986 Mario understand the new games that came after his movie. He has his shield to protect these two like a father basically a knight in shining ruby armors and has a minion as a companion.

And now to 1986 Mario. He is the most naive and emotional one here, altough he is in another way suffered by being unsure if he fits to the other Marios especially that he didn't get Peach and him being hearcanonly bi, but didn't say it because he fears that he unintenionally destroys the Mario traditions and having nightmares of Live Action Marios to the point of squeezing DiC Mario like a Teddy Bear. He is the one that makes sure that the others are happy and deserving a better ending than his own. He punches things and fly like a hero and has Keroppi as a companion.

Am I the only one liking the OVA Mario movie the most?

I watched them back at Covid multiple times and I appreciate it more and more especially the characters and the theme of Love and how Bowser is the bad side of Love, while Mario is the good side of love.

If I compare this Movie to a Show or other Movie it is Sailor Moon, Mario remind me if Usagi was a guy that is instead of a Clumsy Man a Daydreamer instead. I love him so much in this Movie that he need to choose me over Peach.

Peach is you know Peach a Fairytale Princess needing safed by Mario the knight but also tries her best to rescue herself.

Haru is my favorite Movie only Character, he is dor me not someone that steals someone Girlfriend who barely knows the Knight who saves her, but rather the frog prince as a dog who wants to be human again and is the calm version of Yomi from Azumanga Daioh.

Luigi is the Sniff from this Movie (not Wario, Sniff from the Moomins) He is so funny man.

Bowser is threatening, but is also soft, which is honestly cute and you want to see him happy.

I interpretate the aftercredit scene as if Bowser us in Marios side and I ship them here really much.
