ITB-Tale (a.k.a In The Background).

Perhaps I’ll make a rewrite of this, but for now this post is a nod to my older one. Some designs/refs here were not made prior, but for the sake of this piece, I improvised (or edited) some of the designs.

#1: What is ITB-Tale?

ITB-Tale, also known as "In The Background" is an undertale alternate universe where background characters, or less plot-related characters replace the main characters. The swap is primarily focused around a characters "role" in the story (meaning that this is NOT a personality swap).

Because this involves specifically the main characters, every one else in the universe remains the same.

[Personal notes: Looking at this now, I would've named this simply "UnderBackground" or "BackgroundTale". Something short or simple, so its easier to hyphenate, say or type. Fun fact, I often misspell my au as "IBT-Tale". Which probably shouldv'e been my warning sign i needed something simpler.]
