I honestly don’t believe that ts7 was supposed to be released in 2016 but was postponed due to the whole kimye issue for various reasons.

1. Taylor already said she was going on a break that year so it was highly unlikely she was preparing an album.

2. Even if she made an album back then she wouldn’t release it now because she is not the same person as she was back then so it won’t make sense.
