4N4 TIP:
when you are making food, put back a 1/3 of it. or if you have made a meal with multiple ingredients, take some away.
this morning i was going to eat 3 baby sweet peppers and 4 plum tomatoes. i put back 1 pepper and 2 tomatoes. then i ended up not eating it at all because i kept feeling like it was too much.
if you think it’s enough, it’s probably too much.

weight loss tip: just stop caring about food
ik it’s hard AF because all we do is think about food BUT if you trick your brain into believing you don’t care about it, it’s a lot easier to restrict since ur apetite goes away
how i do it:
- don’t plan my meals too much
- don’t think about what i’ll eat in the future
- all this is accomplished through gas lighting myself
- i pretty much just repeat to myself “i don’t really care” anytime i go to eat
- “not caring about something” means you don’t really want it, you don’t care if it’s there, you even prefer if it’s not because it’s just an annoying task
- the non planning thing makes choosing what i’ll eat overwhelming, so i just give up 💀
- i distract myself, i go do something else
- this works if you don’t care about health, macros and shit like that! you’ll probably not be getting a lot of nutrition, this is something a lot of junkorexics do
- this also works better if you have good knowledge about how many calories everything has, since ur not pre-planning

Mentality that helped me get to my cw:
Food is to survive not to enjoy
Stick to the plan not to your mood
Too lazy to workout? Then too lazy to eat
Every calorie counts. Gum, coffee, tea, “zero calorie” stuff I will still count it as 5
If you are not hungry then don’t eat, never force yourself to eat
Drink some water after each bite
If you don’t know the calories of the things then don’t eat it
Always count the full calories even if you only take a bite
