yap sech: i want to go to Worlds this year so bad (i MAY have a chance too but my dad hates california) i want to savor the era we're in and go to the final fully SV based official event (side note, i know ZA PROBABLY won't have a comp scene like PLA but there are still going to be things based off of it like the TCG) (i'm not even gonna talk about the TCG, OMG can't wait to spend my life saving on a Paldea Evolved pack) i went to a regional this year to spectate and i almost cried happy tears multiple times and taking pictures of all the standees i could with Paldean pokemon, like everyone was there to have fun and love pokemon even if they didn't care for SV as much. if anything i want to go to japan (because i MAY have a VERY SLIM chance too this summer) before this era is over and just hear SV music on the pokemon center speakers before all the product is replaced with ZA characters and mega evolution plushies.

point is im gonna try my hardest to not take this era for granted, which is hard when you can barely stay awake all the time, because to be honest its probably been one of the best eras of my life, and if people don't understand or think i'm being over dramatic then fine, but it's not just about others making content about the game, it's the company itself moving on too, and that's what im most afraid of.

am i excited about the new pokemon game? yes

am i also clutching SV to my chest n crying cause i’m afraid no one will make content for it anymore? also yes

selfshippers need more s/is that are feral and nasty!! your f/o should have to lure you out with cheese and slide the cage door shut before trying to wrangle you into the car so they can take you home and be so so nice to you. you should have to be lifted into a net just so you’ll stop biting tbh
