endeavor didn't approve of you and shoto being together, and he let it be known. he was constantly trying to convince shoto to leave you, telling him you needed to be with someone stronger or someone who would give his future kids a better quirk. endeavor was never focused on his son's feelings, only focusing on how his legacy could have a better image. but shoto didn't care about his father's opinions. I mean, let's be real, when has he ever?

his father never allowed you two to hang out, so shoto would go out under the guise that he was getting something from the store or hanging out with friends. he would sneak you into his room, late at night while his dad was out on night patrol.

shoto also had another habit that made his father furious. buying you whatever you wanted on his dad's credit card. he would use that card to pay for your dates, to get you gifts, to pay for your hair and nails, literally anything you wanted, his dad was paying for.

"I hate your dad," you huff, making your way into his room through the window.

"you're not the only one," shoto replied, wrapping his arms around your waist and pressing a soft kiss to your lips.

it had been a rough day for you. you hadn't gotten a good sleep in who knows how long and you haven't had the motivation to eat in days. overall, you were not in a good mood, when you stumbled across a tiktok spewing hate about you. that made the flood gates break.

sophia found you sobbing your eyes out on her bed, the rest of the girls out with friends or shopping, living their own lives. she immediately made her way over to you, rubbing your back softly.

"what happened?" she asked, moving a few blankets over to sit beside you. when you never responded with words, she realized you weren't really in a headspace where you could speak.

"i'll be right back, okay? i promise," she whispered, patting your back gently before getting up to grab some random supplies.

she comes back with your stuffed animals, coloring books, markers, blankets, and more in her arms, grasp practically overflowing with stuff.

"you let me know what you want to do when, okay? i'm here for you," sophia whispered with a soft smile.

you and the rest of class 1a were hanging out in the kitchen of your dorms, hanging out and separated off into groups that were having their own conversations. there was a playlist playing in the background, giving the room ambient noise while conversations continued.

you and mina were talking when corazón sin cara came on, mina immediately grabbing your hands and dancing with you. it was no surprise mina loved to dance, i mean it was her main hobby outside of the hero course.

hanta was in a conversation with denki and kirishima, chatting to them about whatever had happened in class that day, when he saw movement out of the corner of his eye. he turned out of pure habit. he spotted you and mina dancing to the song, giggling as you did each step.

hanta wasn't going to lie, he had a crush on you since the first moment he laid his eyes on you. his feelings continued to grow when he found out what a good person you were, when he continued to converse and interact with you. everyone knew about his feelings. well, everyone except for you.

hanta stopped mid conversation, jaw dropping as he watched you move so seamlessly. denki and kirishima noticed his silence, following his gaze with confused eyes, before looks of recognition appeared on their faces when they realized what he was looking at.

"why don't you go over and shoot your shot?" denki suggested with a wide grin, nudging the black haired boy with his elbow.

"yeah, what's the worst that could happen?" kirishima adds, hyping up his friend.

"wish me luck," hanta mumbled, sueded by his companions' words.

he approached the two of you, watching the dance from closer up before mina noticed his presence and stopped with a grin.

"want a turn, lover boy?" she teased, you turning around to face him as well with a soft smile.

"can you teach me how to dance like that?" he asked, voice shaking slightly from nerves.

"sure, hanta, i'd be glad to," you replied with a soft giggle.
