自从报名了渣打马拉松后，姐姐就很少出席活动了。为了好好完成初马，我用了三个月时间给自己锻炼，设定目标控制饮食，所以才顺利完成初马。🤗 . . 有人说羡慕我的成绩（我也不知道羡慕啥），但我说不应该用"羡慕"这两个字，因为这一切都不是平白得来的结果，而是付出了时间、精神、努力和汗水的成果。😎 . . 最重要的是，我跑步并不是为了享受，而是为了想瘦！有了这个明确的目标，我想我还是会继续跑下去了 🤣 . . 四月是值得期待的月份，除了成功挑战全马之外，也终于轮到姐姐飞啦！至于去哪里玩呢？大家很快就会知道啦！😘 . .
