So this is a child.

A child with godlike power, but still a child. They have been locked away for hundreds of years. Alone, deprived of anyone except for an old witch hunter on a revenge quest as their only "friend". Just when they think they'll finally be free, said "friend" betrays them and leaves them to be trapped forever. But then a new friend shows up! One that looks just like the bully that got them locked up in the first place! They know who this is, the little titan they've always wanted to play with! They get free, and then they see that "friend" that betrayed them.

But hey, they're not mad!

They can still play! But man is that "friend" slow!

Oh well, and hey! King's back!

Everyone else needs to be saved so that they can play too?

And man, when the theme started playing as he ripped the world apart to make the Owl House, *mwah*. Brilliant. This is a child god that needs an adult who won't get squished by a tantrum to tell them no, but ooooooh boy do we not have an adult that can do that right now!

and lastly, no one knows what the fuck is up with Hooty. (and the first thing the owl beast does in The Intruder? Attack Hooty, aka the house.)

and additionally: some interesting Hooty lines and the owl with a pervert face from Episode 1, of which is zoomed in on. the owl has a pretty monochromatic colour scheme.
