The only one we still celebrate is the first of those, the first of november, the bright DAY OF THE DEAD C'mon dievochka be brave It's gonna be alright So there are dead people in this story, of the kind we don't celebrate; but for now Ptitsa thinks about the living: her girlfriends are waiting for her like birds in the nest, because she's on hormone duty.

I love Trilobites, but they're not the most dynamic subjects to draw. This one I made for my little sister whom I love deeply. I drew some of the latest Trilobite species from the end Permian era, Pseudophillipsia, browsing the silt for nutrient. A tropical storm has jumbled up a coastal area of the Thetys sea, mixing up brackish waters and submerging land, destroying habitats. Many Glossopterys trees fell down and were dragged to the heavily degraded shallows. A large fresh water Chondrychtian, Triodus (ancestral lineage of sharks and rays), slides away looking for prey. ****paleo note: I have no idea if Pseudophillipsia and Triodus might have shared a biotope. Be sure to correct me if it seems outlandish. I do know that Triodus have been discovered in freshwater deposits, but I couldnt find much more about Pseudophillipsia. I took some liberties drawing that, I loved to imagine a heavily disturbed environment, following a storm, where brackish waters meet salt waters. Thank you for helping me progress in paleoart!****

The other day I saw two magpies fighting mid-flight. Recently Archeopteryx -which is not recent at all- was proven to be able to fly for about a kilometer, as much as a pheasant. I really loved making this one, for a very lovely girlie I know.
