I've pulled out ingredients for my morning smoothie as well as a little extra apple and celery so I can precut it and have it ready to go for lunch. Toss the apple and celery in a ziploc and off I go to start my day! :)

Morning Smoothie Ingredients:

      1/2 of a green apple       1 celery stalk       handful of kale       handful of spinach       ice Blend a little longer than normal since this smoothie is a bit leafy.

Dinner last night. Packed in a solid amount of kale and a green apple. Blended it a bit longer than normal to make sure there's no leafy kale floating about. 🍏 For breakfast today I just repeated the banana and spinach from day 1 since my pears aren't ready yet. 🍌💛

Lunch tiiime smoothie~ Ingredients: •ice •2/3 of a banana •a handful of blueberries •Spinach I like to put bananas in everything cuz I love bananas and since bananas basically overpower every other flavor, it works out. You may also notice I use a lot of spinach. It's a good source of iron and since I have chronic anemia I can't just quit eating things that provide iron or I'd probably pass out after my power walk. And so you'll notice half my magic bullet is often half filled with green.
