tbh I think the biggest downside to "outdoor cats" is that it makes it so much harder for lost cats to be reunited with their owners. if I saw a dog wandering around by itself I would immediately assume it's lost. whereas if I see a cat wandering around, it's usually an "outdoor cat" so I'm not gonna bother trying to figure out who its owner is. but outdoor cats and lost cats look exactly the same

How do you preserve the food from your garden so it doesn't go bad before you can eat it?

You are wildly underestimating my ability to go fucking feral about fresh produce. I don't think I even brought snap peas into the house last year. Just ate them right off the vine.

Though I did end up freezing the strawberries/blue berries as they ripened, but even those were consumed within the week.

The only tough one was the potatoes, but that was resolved by just foisting potatoes on everyone I knew. Much more welcome than Zucchinis.

So there’s a trend going round where you draw Miku inspired by your own culture and normally I just sit those out bc i’m from England but then the image of her covered in fake tan with the full chav makeup and sloppily bleached blue pigtails popped into my head and i almost threw up laughing.
