What if there was a Borderlands cartoon instead of a movie? Here's my take on it, I drew some "fake screenshots" showing what it could've been. And there is a hidden frog in there 🐸 It's also my AU stuff mixed with canon, in case you were wondering.
Btw, the loader here is the Loader Bot from Tales. I was thinking how he's slowly started getting conscious, that's why he's looking at Jack like that. Generally speaking, I prefer older Borderlands games, so this art is my ode to them. Hope you like it

true! not just that, i don't understand why would they need to make him disbarred for so long plot-wise. like. trucy could be younger and that wouldn't really change anything, apollo and phoenix could have less age gap and that wouldn't really change anything either (like mia and phoenix were literally only 3 years apart). so why 7 years? just to make him suffer longer? it's such a big timeskip and not just some timeskip but a whole ass character era that gets erased from phoenix bio completely after he gets his badge back in dd like why
What I don’t understand is why they had to disbar Phoenix so soon after Bridge. They couldn’t have given him at least a year or so to recover from the shock of what happened in his last case? No, capcom was like “yeah let’s traumatize this man, make him send his boss’s boyfriend to prison, and then let’s strip him of his badge two months later.”
