When you feel down or depressed, changing up your routine can help a lot. Take a different route to work. Change your screensaver to a pretty picture you found on Pinterest or something. Try a new makeup routine. Workout in the morning instead of after work. Go work at a cafe instead of in your room. It can be really difficult to initiate these changes, but doing them really does make a difference in your mood.
