I can’t figure out whether love builds or it bursts. Whether you fall or you drop. Whether it fades or it stops.  Did you seep into my life or spill all over it? Did I sink into this or slip inside it? Did you feel me coming? did you feel that rumble in the train track of your chest did you see the rubble in the cracks between my breath  or did I just appear on your shoreline in search of myself? Does love build or does it burst? either way, it always breaks.  either way, it always hurts.

I was reading hyperbole and a half’s blog entry explaining their experience of depression and decided to make another sketchy comic based on my experiences with anxiety, which is another mental illness I think people tend to misunderstand quite frequently

Hopefully this will be of use to some people - whether they suffer from anxiety themselves or if they just want to know more about it
