Hi! Thanks for visiting my Portfolio. I'm a student in London, currently studying Art and Design. I explore new mediums of art in my studies, but right now I am skilled in using Acrylic Paint and have great presentation skills.

FIRST ARTIST RESPONSE
Massive throwback to my first artist response while doing art gcse in year 10. The artist we were researching was 'Jon Burgerman', I loved how free he was with his art.
For this piece we used watercolour, adding random patches of colour before doodling over it - It was really fun!
Fun fact: On the second page, you can see see my first sketch for my 'original cartoon character' sculpture :)

CHARCOAL EXPERIMENTING
While doing gcse art we experimented with using charcoal. It was actually really fun and I learnt a lot about shading and layering from it.

PEACOCK PAINTING
I made this painting while taking gcse art in year 10. This was very much a 'trust the process' painting.
We had to somehow make it textured, so it looked horrible at first and it REALLY stressed me out. But i kept going and made something that I'm still really proud of to this day :)

ELEMENTS UNLEASHED FINAL PIECE
This is my final piece for my 'Elements Unleashed' project. DEFINITELY one of my favourite pieces I've created, I'm really proud of how this came out! (especially since I went straight into it with no planning, oops)
The elements I chose were 'Earth' and 'Air'. My reasoning for this was that I'm obsessed with flowers and nature in general, and I'm an Aquarius so of course I was obligated to choose air. Plus, the word 'unleashed' in the title of this project reminded me of wind so I wanted to do something with that.

CLAUDE MONET 'WATER LILIES' RESPONSE
I was so excited to research Claude Monet in my 'Sense of Place' project. He is and has always been my favourite artist, I adore his work.
I took a square out of his 'Water Lilies' painting and recreated it with Acrylic paint... If I was to ever redo this, I would 100% look into using oil paints and pastels like he did.

THUMBNAIL SKETCHES & FINAL PIECE
This was my final piece for my first project: 'Faces and Spaces'. We had to create 4 thumbnail sketches in response to Frida Kahlo about our insecurities and what makes us confident about it :)
(I think it was so long ago I can't remember)
I used arcylic paint to create my first final piece as I'm confident with that medium :)

MOOD BOARDS
Here are my mood boards :) The one about turtles, giraffes and bees was for my 'Species' project and the earth&air one in the bottom right was for my most recent project: 'Elements Unleashes' <3

BODY POSITIVITY SCULPTURE
I made this sculpture while doing my 'Sense of Place' Project. I chose Niki de Saint Phalle to research and recreated one of her amazing sculptures for my artist response :)
