I haven’t seen any variation of the argument “ai ‘art’ helps disabled artist” that isn’t just ableism. Not a single one.
Art is human expression. Disabled people are capable of human expression. AI is not.
There are people who are paralyzed who paint holding brushes in their mouths. There are people with limb differences who play instruments with their feet. Hellen Keller (blind and deaf) wrote a book.
Disabled people make art EVERY DAMN DAY. It’s INSULTING to say that the only way disabled art could exist is through AI.
