Sargeant's POV — SHORT FANFICTION.

After the FP3 in Dutch GP, I never thought that it would happen to me. I never knew it was coming right at me. I never wanted that accident to happen.

Crashed.

My racing car, it got crashed. But gladly I was doing okay from the accident. I'm survived. In fact, the incident caused my car to burst into flames, which was quite large.

After the incident happened, precisely a few days after the incident, my Team boss called me by phone. And he talked about something my family, my fans, my friends, even myself don't like. Yes. He fired me. I got dropped out from the team so soon, even there are still 9 remaining GPs before the 2024 F1 season end. I supposed to end my F1 career in Williams Racing at the end of GP, Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

"I am so sorry to tell you this. But firstly, thank you for your hard work for the team for almost 2 season.”

"Vowles Sir, what is the matter? Why are you thanking me already. It's not over yet."

"Sarge, the F1 2024 season is definitely not over yet. But, something already is."

"What? What is that?

"Unfortunately, you."

"Huh? Me? Why me? I thought my career here will be over in Abu Dhabi GP."

"Sorry, Sargeant. But you have failed the golden rules in the team."

"I see what you mean there. So, it's totally over now?"

"For racing, yes. But you, you're still our family until the last season."

"Huh? A family would never do that like what you just did to me."

"I'm so sorry, Sargeant. Either way, we're not regretting for having you for 2 seas-"

"Almost 2 seasons, Sir."

"I truly apologize."
