Rochester, New York

There's a break between the lives I lead. The freedoms I experience are one in the same. Home brings the comfort and health that leads to exploration of my intellectual side. Tasting my ego. Out here, I'm vulnerable. I can meditate and make have as many human connections as one could handle. This kind of feeling doesn't disappear. Only grows with time. I hope I bring something home. Something that will keep me in balance. I'm happy out here. I'm happy at home. Made it to the state of New York. Pictures soon.

I can't thank my friends in Grand Rapids enough. Thank you so much for making this place a second home for the band. It's really great to have some rest and relaxation after 4 days of non stop craziness.

Last night was strange a night. We played at The Sound Gallery in Minneapolis. The venue was a loud vibrant environment placed on the 6th floor of an old warehouse. We played with a band called Tabah that blew me away. The amount of talent they have is unreal. Here's a link to their Facebook! I'm very excited for this tour! Can't wait to see old friends and make new ones. Play music with some of my best friends. Climb a mountain and sleep in the van. Cook meals in parking lots and shower once a week. I'm going to miss all my friends at home. Thank you all for being so kind to me!

I haven’t posted anything personal on any public forum in a hot minute. I’d like to treat this more as a journal left lying around for anyone to read and possibly take a few glimpses at before they pick it up. Scanning their enviorment to make sure they’re alone to only be disappointed by the lack of juicy, personal, and possibly embarrassing details about my life that have been hand written in black ink. 

See, I’ve already let you down.
