More creams to add

- Zeroderm ointment. Best at night! Super thick

- Balmonds daily moisturising cream. Face hates it ?? Not as hydrating as I want personally. Expensive

- Moon Valley Organics herbal eczacalm. I got to try some because my dad bought it from the US. Really nice, I’m sad I can’t get it here because shipping is rly expensive

- Dead Sea Salt soaks. Tbh idk if it’s helping but it soothes it a bit

If you get good lotion recs please share! So deep in the depths of despair that for a good while I would just coat my body in a thick layer of vaseline at regular intervals

Both recs and what I’ve personally used/tried:

- Nivea (I currently use Nivea crème in the blue tin, it’s semi thick ? Takes a bit to rub in but it’s nice)

- Aquaphor (I haven’t tried this one but I’ve wanted to)

- Migh-tea moisture barm by Delhicious (UK only brand) - currently using it on my face and it’s a bit oily but it’s nourishing

- Aveeno, specifically dermexa eczema therapy cream. This was my holy grail, saved me from TSW, I really loved this cream but I gained an allergy to it :,)

- Natural Elements (could be a UK only thing I dunno!). Also used them for my TSW, they have a rich moisturiser oil and some hypoallergenic creams and oils! Not too thick, but they all smell nice

- Cetaphil moisturising cream. Med-thick, it’s okay, I find it can sting a bit. I think it has some alcohol content.

- Avene Cicalfate+. Thick, I use it on my eyes, helped make them less swollen and red! It’s nice, I wish the rest of my skin liked it lol

- Cerave moisturising cream. Med- thick. I personally found it burns like cetaphil. It was okay, I didn’t use it for long

- Epaderm. Semi thick, clinical smell like diprobase or smth. Stung a bit, uncertain if I like it, it made my arm flare :,)

- Moogoo cream (I was using the eczema one). Smells okay, moisturising, but on the light side.

- Earth to Earth organics: body butter (mummy and me). The texture of this is amazing, I wish it worked for me, it smells great and it was quite nice to use and spread on the skin. A little oily, didn’t deeply moisturise me but it was nice!

- Child’s Farm (could be a UK only thing I dunno!!) pretty inexpensive, a lightweight moisturiser, has a large range of products with diff stuff in, aimed towards children so the ingredients are chill.

I will add more to this later when I try more! I apologise if some are biased or whatever, it’s hard to both remember and not feel some annoyance towards the ones that don’t work!

Of course what works for me might not work for you and vice versa ! :3
