Why I moved to London
Tumblr media
Why did i move to London? is a question i due asked a lot well let me give you a bit of a back story, when i first came to London i was around 15 and i fell in love ! (if you read my previous post about my vintage fur coat you will notice that i do this quite often) and i just knew i wanted to live here, but of curse that would only happen its dreams right ? well not so much with me. When i get an idea in my head there is no way for anyone to get it out of there, i am what you call stubborn. So i fantasied of living in london for a couple of years then the time to graduate highs school was approaching , so i needed to start looking into my future and decide where i wanted to study for university, i found a university that i liked which was obviously in london and i told my parents about it, my parents some how they were on board, honestly i don’t even know how that happened lol. But i wasn’t going to argue with them about that, so i applied to that certain uni and somehow got it and then my dream became a reality, and i got to move here ! , moral of the story if you want something chase for it and never stop dreaming about it until it becomes a reality for you.

Best vintage find
Tumblr media
I have recently purchased the best turn coat ever! okay hear me out first, I was randomly walking around the city with a friend when we both stumbled into this vintage store, it was like heaven basically we went to straight to the bottom floor because the lady told up that everything downstairs was on sale, my friend and I didnt have any intention of purchasing anything ( well that never goes well lol ) so we were just looking at the coats and such when i suddenly stumbled into this huge oversized blue with brow fur coat immediately  fell in love !!! but when i looked at the price tag i almost fainted, my friend just told me to try it on big mistake. I tried it on and fell more in love with it than i was before we talked to the lady upstairs and she told us that indeed the coat was half priced but to me it was still too much money, after the lady saw that i really loved it and the disappointment look on my face she told me what sort of price i would be able to do, and i told her my limit price and she said she would called the owner. And you better guessed i freaking got the fur coat it was still overly expensive but at least i will look fabulous !.

New city new life
Tumblr media
Interview Victor Vega Cabrera:
Victor and I go to the same uni and study in the same class so i wanted to ask a friend their experience  in moving to a new city :
Q:What made you want to move to London ?
A:I wanted too move to London because of my studies, and because my interest in fashion.
Q:why did you chose London ?
A:Apart form my studies, I had to start a foundation so the only place where they accepted me for foundation year was in London.
Q:Do you enjoy living in London?
A:I really do because there is a lot of things to do specially night life is quite fun.
Q:whats your least favourite about living here?
A:I really enjoy living here overall but i think the amount of people can be overwhelming at times.
Q Would you recommend someone to move here ?
A: yes i defiantly would, but do your research before moving here because you need to be sure that this is what you are really looking for, but i say go for it !.
Q: What do you think are the struggles of moving to a new palace?
A: well I have always been pretty independent so for me it wasn't such a big deal but i think in general my biggest problem was the cooking part, is not that i don't like to cook but it is because i share a kitchen with a couple of roommates and its always pretty dirty so i basically live of take out.
Q: what is some advice would you give someone that wants to move ?
A: I think i would tell them don't be scared and just do it, because you will make friends and the best way to learn something is by doing it.
Q: do you regret moving ?
A: No, because i think this is an experience that has made me learn a lot about my self and i wouldn't change it for anything.

Corpse Bride
Tumblr media
Corpse Bride is definitely one of my all time favourite movies, as a huge Tim Burton fan I fell head over heels with this movie, it is a bout a boy named Victor which he is about to get married to a girl named Vitoria, but accidentally marries a Corpse crazy right ?. I don’t want to give too many spoilers but the movie is fantastic thought the animation and the story, the plot will lure you in plus it has a great sound track !, what I love about Tim Burton movies is the creepy feel they have to them, which makes them unique in their own way. If you haven’t seen this film stop what you are doing and get up and watch it, I will guarantee that you will defiantly like it.

10 travel tips!
Tumblr media
I have been very fortunate to have been traveling since i was a little girl, and have had the chances to go to a lot of different places around the world so i decided to give you guys some traveling tips that have worked for me in the past: 1.Be organised: make sure you have everything important that you need the night before, passport ID etc. 2.Be on time : I hate being late in general it really stresses me out, so my trick is to always go a bit earlier than i needed to so i have a stress free travel. 3.Research the place were you are going to: do some research and look up cool places you would like to visit so you are just not stuck in your hotel room without a clue of what to do. 4.Take pictures: its a one in a life time opportunity and you would love to have a physical memory to look back, but remember also don’t be overdoing it with the pictures it kills the mood lol. 5.Meet some locals : have a conversation with your waiter and people you randomly meet, you might even end up getting recommended to a couple of cool local places to go to. 6.check the weather !!: i can’t stress this enough its really important to have the right attire while you travel it really affects your mood and you just want to be happy your whole trip, so in advance check the weather. 7.Keep an open mind: Don’t judge the lifestyles of others if they are different from your own . You are there to enjoy your holiday and to learn/ appreciate someones culture you would want anyone to bash in your culture right ?, so be nice. 8.Eat local food : Don’t be scared of trying new things ! its food its not going to harm you in any way trust me, and it is the best way to get an insight of someones culture so don’t be afraid and get out of you comfort zone. 9.Don’t plan too much: yes i said look up some cool places to try but don’t make a set schedule explore the place where you are,and some times getting lost makes the best memories ( but remember always stay safe). 10.Enjoy !: don’t think of work or anything back home, remember this is a once in a life time opportunity enjoy it as much as you can .

Stonehenge
Tumblr media
Stonehenge is probably one of the most popular prehistorical monuments it is located in salisbury a quite little village, there have been many theories surrounding this circle of stones, when I went them and saw them in person there were a lot of confusing thoughts going thorough my mind, like how did they get them there ? what is the purpose of it ? why did they built it ? among many other questions. Their is a speculation of how and why did they built it but there is not secure answer, in my opinion is one of the coolest places I have ever visited and i think its worth going but in my opinion the aliens built it.

Tumblr media
The Cereal killer cafe is definatly a place were you wouldnt want to miss if you visit london, if you are a nostalgic person this is the place for you. The place is just decorated with all your childhood favourtite cerals, which would make anyones eyes light up, the oerdering process is a little overwelming becauase there is just so many options, but once you pull through that the staff will give you a dvr case and off you go to wait to be sereved a delicoius bowl of ceral. The sitting area is really cute and making you feel at home, with beds to sit down, old tvs playing yor favourite shows as a kid also some of your classical favourite NSYNC, or britney songs that make you burst out into a music video. There are posters and toys covering every inch of the walls, I loved the cerial cafe i would totally recomend it to someone that is just passing by or living in the city, to sit down and enjoy your favourite cereal and feel like a kid again.
