Over 18. I post whatever I feel like, don't expect consistency lol. I block you on sight if you use the r slur, or if you decide to come argue nonsense on feminist posts. Not entertaining anti feminists.

Remember earlier this year when Boeing very clearly had a whistleblower executed? And law enforcement didn't even look for anyone or release any info about it or anything?
People keep comparing Luigi Mangione's case to the subway murderer who got off because of systemic eugenics, but I think there's something more apt about the fact that a CEO had someone executed in recent memory, with zero attempts to find a culprit, while they spared no expense at all to find (and probably frame, it's beginning to look like) someone who shot a CEO. It's always fine to slaughter if you're rich, but if you kill the rich, they will hunt you down.

there will always be other chances. at jobs, at educational progress, at relationships, at friendships. if you messed up at something, it’s not the end of the world. you’ll always have new opportunities in all areas of life.

they won't tell you this in therapy but sometimes the best way to stop catastrophizing/anxiety is to interrupt your spiraling with "girl what the hell are you talking about"

I don't know where it came from, but several years ago this idea popped into my head unbidden, and for some reason it tickles me. I don't know if it's funny, but I like it and I made it into a zine, I hope you enjoy it.
It lays out really nicely as 3-up spreads on A4 paper, so you can print, staple and fold it, then cut it into 3 zines. It made it really easy to print up 20 of them to trade at this art social thing I went to
micron, rotring and sharpie on printer paper, coloured and screentoned digitally, 2024

Honestly Gisele was the “perfect victim”: married, not out at bars or scantily dressed or anything else that could be “blamed” on her. Her own husband drugged her and let men rape her, there was video evidence, they admitted to it.
And still. Dominique got 20 years. Most of the other men got nowhere near that. I never want to hear that the justice system is biased toward women ever ever again in my life when a “perfect victim” had to struggle so hard and STILL got no real justice.

Basically this
[Image ID: Three edited screenshots from Emperor's New Groove. In the first Yzma says "it is no concern of mine whether or not your job has...what was it again?" In the second the man responds "ummm...threats of violence?" And in the third Yzma replies "ha! You really should have thought of that before you became peasants!"
I think there's something to be said that saying the words "Deny, Defend, Depose, you're next" to an insurance sales rep can get you arrested for 'threats of mass homicide' or whatever with a threat of 15 years in prison
But when I was a manager in a fast food restaurant I've had customers throw food at me, demand for my personal phone number with an added threat of "Well I'll just have to FIND it", customers charging past the front counter to physically intimidate me and my coworkers, screaming and swearing, demands to know what time I get out of work, demands to know when my manager would be at work as a threat, people sitting in their car waiting for me to finish closing because they were angry at me, causing me to stay in the office watching the camera waiting for them to drive away...
But none of those incidents are arrest-able offenses, not one, any time I called the cops on any customer I would just hear excuses like " "there isn't anything illegal about calling a restaurant", that nothing physical happened and therefore there's nothing they could do, to call back and let them know if anything else happens
Idk, just think it's A TEENY TINY BIT ODD
Cop in the news goes "words have consequences" as if people don't berate and threaten fast food and retail workers every day
