Telling my kids about Easter

My mother is worried that because I am an atheist, I won’t tell my kids about what Easter is all about. I said, not to worry:

“Easter is when Christians celebrate Jesus’ being killed. They believe that we are all so bad that God thinks he should send all people to burn in hell forever and ever. But he really doesn’t want to do that, so he turned himself into Jesus, and by killing Jesus, that magically means he doesn’t have to send people to hell after all. So that’s why the Easter bunny hides the eggs.”
