I’m having a really hard time accessing half of my accounts because of this horrible password reset, mostly because hotmail apparently now deletes your account after a year of not logging in from a desktop and doesn’t allow you to resign up as a .co.uk email address, which most of my accounts are. And now trying to reset everything, I can only use the phone codes on outlook because the email thing doesn’t work, I can’t get any new codes sent for a week because I got so many?

I’m going to scream. I only got in here because it’s a gmail accont!

                I am possessed by this house                          and can never leave it again.

   [A] has been alone in this house for much longer than she cares to remember. It’s a lonely existence -quiet and unassuming- aside from the stray cat or two wandering in through the open window up stairs. She suspects it’ll go like this forever until the house eventually crumbles. The problem with [A] is that she’s dead. Dead as a doornail, has been for-almost-ever, and stuck here possessing the same old walls day in and day out. It’s a shame there’s no handbook, she often thinks, remembering the vague notion from a film she saw while still alive.       [A] had convinced herself entirely that no one, living or dead, would ever step foot in her house again. Aren’t there supposed to be kids that sneak in on Halloween night to try and catch a glimpse of the infamous Weeping Lady or something like that? She no longer got her hopes up. That is, until someone finally bought the old haunt.

  [B], of course, has no idea that the house is already occupied and goes about his business, moving around furniture, plastering up the walls and making the place a home again. The draft in the house, he suspects, must be because the house is old.

   It takes [A] quite some time to get used to the new house guest, if only she could let him know that she really doesn’t like what he’s doing with the fireplace. She doesn’t want to scare him away, of course, she just wants a friend. If only she could catch his attention…

I’m thinking of making an Indie RP blog but I have absolutely no idea where to start. Like, I have a few character ideas and vague plot ideas but how do I actually go about being an Indie?

In light of this notice by Tumblr Staff that they are starting to go through accounts that have not posted in over two years, now is the time to make sure to post on old RPH or even RP character blogs (or any other blogs you want to keep for archive).

This is so that your content etc won’t get removed. I know A LOT of RPH blogs that are years old but still have great guides on their page. All you need to do is make a single post, whether that be a picture or music, it will let staff know that you want to keep the blog.

I’m not sure if this goes for side accounts, but better to be safe than sorry.

It’s been six years since the initial outbreak that would later ruin your life. It’s been four years since the colonies were created to isolate the infected from the rest of society. A “Compassionate Containment” the government tried to call it. It’s hard to see the “compassion” in being ripped from your life, your family, your friends… everything. They say they’re looking for a cure. That’s hard to believe when your neighbor was just carted off to the hospital after hitting Stage 3, never to be seen again. It’s hard to buy into the shiny facade of of the picturesque colony when everyone around you is deteriorating and there is a zombie virus eating away at your brain.

The Colony is a literate bio/zombie RP with emphasis on character development and plot progression. Our plot is unique to the genre and there are plenty of twists and turns planned, as well as a progressive seasonal arc to keep members on their toes.

We are brand new and looking to accept 10 members before officially opening and kicking things off with our first event!

How do you get players to actually acknowledge posts you make on the main? 

This is so frustrating, I’m literally asking them for an opinion about a plot point and or asking them to send in a piece of vital character info and just... nothing? When I can see they’re on the dash?
