How To Make: Dream Tea

🍽 — This Recipe:

⚠️ — Requires the use of a hot stove/burner, please be careful when making this recipe !

💤 — To Make This You'll Need:

Lavender / Chamomile herbal tea

A kettle (or Microwave)

A mug

Approximately one cup of water

Approximately 1/4-1/2 of a cup of milk or a milk alternative

2 or more tablespoons of honey

💤 — How To Make:

Fill the kettle with water and place on a burner to boil

When water is boiling, fill your mug 3/4 of the way with water

Alternatively, fill a mug with water and place in the microwave for one minute

Place a teabag of Lavender-Chamomile tea in the cup to steep for as long as you prefer

Remove the tea-bag and stir in the honey

Add the milk

Stir the tea until combined

Wait for it to cool and enjoy !

Things to Do with Plushies that aren’t Traditional Pretend Play

If you regress/dream to an older age range, you might not play pretend as often, if at all. That said, there’s no reason why you still can’t enjoy your plushies’ company.

Cuddle them as you go to sleep. This one is pretty obvious, but I think it deserves a place on this list.

Make them little Kandi collars with their name in letter beads. You can make a matching bracelet or necklace for yourself too!

On that note, sew clothes for them and dress them up. This one might require some supervision because of the pins and needles, but it’s usually worth it.

Set them up so that they look like they’re doing the same activity as you are. (Putting a controller in front of them if you’re gaming, pretending to feed them bits of your meal, setting them up in front of the TV so they can enjoy the programs with you, etc) This one veers into pretend play, but it’s not as involved so I figured I’d include it.

Put them into your purse/backpack/bag so they can keep you company on your errands or other trips you take.

Set them up in nature or around the house and take photos of them. You can even scrapbook with the photos.

If they are sturdy enough, give them a bubble bath and then either stick them in a pillowcase and put it in the dryer, or air dry them in the sun. This is good for bonding with them, and general maintenance to keep them clean.

Write about them. You can make little character profiles for them, or even full stories! This is good if you have a hard time playing pretend but you still want to feature them in imaginative contexts.

Draw/paint pictures of them and hang them on your wall!

Finally, if this is something you’re up for, set up a side blog for your favorite plushie and document their life online. Make blog posts from their perspective, have them take “selfies” etc!

agere huohuo hcs!

HUOHUO IS SO ADORABLE.... SEEING HER I JUST HAD TO MAKE AGERE HCS OF HER!!

-whenever she regresses she gets easily startled by almost anything! thats why she prefers to stay in her safe spot! -gets easily overstimulated and overwhelmed by mostly anything, she doesnt have a cg so she usually tries to take care of her self whenever she regresses(carries colorful bandages and stuff) ^though guinaifen usually babysits her -she adores halloween but shes actually scared of scary things, she believes in ghosts so the littlest sudden noise startles her(she'll think its an evil spirit) -she usually regresses 0-4! and she has imaginary friends who she usually plays with -shes extremely clumsy when she's little, if shes fidgety or shaky usually her babysitter(if there) would hold/carry things for her instead! -shes usually cold so she adores blanket nests! usually would sit in one for hourss or even sleep in it instead of her bed -blade is her sibby! -she has naturally shaky hands, but it sometimes gets worse whenever she's regressed or scared! same goes to her fidgetiness -huohuo likes and adores quietness and warm baths! and likes pastels a lot -guinaifen usually likes to spoil huohuo! she feels like she deserves it all of the time, she feels so happy whenever she sees huohuo happy for once instead of being scared and or on edge. (guinaifen always wants to be there for her and look after her, but her job gets in the way of doing so) -guinaifen sometimes debates if she should be huohuo's cg but she's usually busy, so she stays as her main babysitter instead! occasionally hands her over to jing yuan whenever she's too busy or has to go early while huohuo is still little -huohuo and her babysitter!

ageredips culture is STILL being in denial of actually wanting/needing to use diaps even though you've had a interest in padded agere for years, occasionally wear multiple layers of underwear because you like the feeling, have combed through several social medias for all their padded posts, have a medical suggestion for using them, AND have been looking at different diaps on shopping websites. like it cannot be more obvious... /lh

Shout out to the regressors who don't fit the normal expectations/aesthetics of regression and childhood.

I love the term boyre and getting to enjoy the woes of boyhood I never got to, playing with my toy dinos and making mud pies. But I also like to have tea parties and play with my barbies, and I'm lucky enough to be able to do both with full love and support.

And I want other regressors to be able to do the same knowing that it's okay. You're valid and I support you.

And I truly mean that. Whether you're a little boy who plays with dinos or dolls, a little girl who plays fairies or pirates, or a little kid who does a mix of it all, I love you, I support you and I'm proud of you.

Take back your childhood however you want, and do it knowing that you're perfect however you choose to do it. - Mikey

Sometimes I feel like age regression can be more geared towards those who identify as girls/feminity.
