Marcille is so funny to me. she's such a bait and switch. when we're first introduced to her you see this cute girl who's totally distraught at everything Laios does and you think she's gonna be the tropey token girl in the party who does the healing and stays out of the fights and has to be the designated Team Mom. but that's not Marcille at all. she's only on healing duty because Falin isn't around. she's a frontline attacker and she's constantly thinking about murder and explosions.

I’m technically an organ donor but I doubt any of my organs or tissues are in good enough condition to be donated. Imagining the transplant surgeon slicing into my torso and a puff of ominous black spores comes out. They extract my heart and it melts into black goo and drips onto the floor before they can do anything with it. I’m not worried about it because I’ll be dead but I’m sure that would be disappointing.

Those who think the suffering ended after the war are mistaken, for the real war begins now. But this is not a war with weapons; it is a war against poverty, hunger, and psychological devastation.

The people of the destroyed city have returned to their devastated neighborhoods, walking through the sorrowful streets among the ruins of their homes that were destroyed by bombs. The streets that once pulsed with life are now empty, filled only with haunting silence. There are no schools for children to learn in, no hospitals to treat the sick, and no markets to fulfill their daily needs.

Water has become a distant dream, and electricity is now a distant memory, just as the hope for peace has turned into a lost dream.

In these tragic circumstances, the Sami family, who lost everything in the war, is facing the hardest test of their lives. Their homes were destroyed, their livelihood lost, and they are in desperate need of assistance.

As the suffering continues, the helping hand remains the only hope. Let us all come together and lend our support to this kind family and others who have no shelter or food. Donating to the Sami family, even with the smallest amount, is a step toward rebuilding hope and dignity. via NYPost: Immigration and Customs Enforcement is preparing to launch a “big f–king operation” across sanctuary cities — including Chicago and New York — immediately after President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration, multiple sources told The Post.

Starting Jan. 21, multi-day “ground operations” will be launched across cities that have served as safe havens for migrants because the local authorities do not cooperate with the federal government when it comes to immigration issues, sources said.
