Ramon listened his glare softened as he just closed his eyes waiting for the hit that never came, that hit never came at all

When he opened his eyes he saw Tily defending him and saying all those things about him... he wasn't a bad father just a father that made mistakes like everyone else...

Screamed him from the top of his lungs, as he felt the mirror vibrate and takes it as he holds his chest, that was hurting, it felt like a knife...

The Elder crouched down to Ramon's level. His glare never shifting, and his eyes piercing straight into his soul.

"Your mourning lead to neglect of your children. You chose to blame others rather than take accountability. That almost cost you the life of your son! Do you really trust those you claim to care about so little that you would fall for the obvious lies of someone who has hurt you time and time again?"

The Elder raised his hand to strike Ramon, but suddenly halted when Tily put herself between them. She held her arms out, acting as a shield to protect Ramon.

"Stop it! Leave him alone! Uncle Rayman tried to tell you he's been getting better! He's learned his lesson! Please, just stop this!"

"Tily, go back inside, now."

"No! I'm not going to let you hurt him! He's the guy that stood up for me when I was being bullied! He taught me how to stand up for myself! How to fight back! When I'm scared, he gives me hugs and tells me everything is going to be okay! When I'm sad, he cheers me up and wipes away my tears! He's... He's my dad, Elder. If you won't listen to anyone else, then listen to me."

The Elder stood up. He motions for Tily to follow him with his head. The two walk to the center of the village, The wild ones gather around, one of them carrying Ramon's cage over to watch. The Elder begins to channel strong magic in his hands, and the two give a respectful bow to one another. The Elder begins firing magic at Tily, who gracefully dodges each hit.

"His neglect lead to your brother nearly dying!"

"That was out of his control. Even if Ray-Dad was there, I think Theo would've tried to run away no matter what. He's always felt guilty of everything that's happened. I tried to stop him, and he still managed to sneak out when no one was watching. Not even Uncle Rayman!"

As the two continued their dispute, Ramon could feel the mirror in his pocket vibrate again.

Ramon knows that he doesn't know et, even tho they know they have to act differently than his parents for now, when he saw the portal opening and the Hunter coming out from it, the blonde just stared at the Hunter glaring sightly at them more than anything, before he saw Theo and how he approached to him, letting the child hold his hands as he smiles.

The limbless couple met with Rayman on the journey to where the rift activity was detected. Raymona smiles to Ramon and pulls him in for a hug.

"I'm both nervous and excited! Just remember, he doesn't know that he's going to be your son. That happens later."

The limbless family arrive just in time to see the portal rift open. The trio approach and they see a tall, masked figure in robes step out. The Hunter. The figure loomed over the limblesses, their eyeless mask staring at them. They let a small hiss escape their throat. hiding behind The Hunter was a small hybrid child. A little boy who seems confused about everything. Looking at the three limblesses, he squints a little at Ramon as if studying him. The child let out a soft gasp, his eyes lighting up in excitement. He steps out from behind The Hunter and takes Ramon by the hands.

"You're Rayman! The Rayman! I thought you left forever! Eden hasn't been the same for me since you left! I...I missed you. Watching your shows."

The Hunter lets out another small hiss, one that sounded like they were more annoyed than anything.

"Come, boy. Leave the rabble alone. We have work to do and we need to locate our outpost."

"But-"

"No buts. You know better than to talk back like that. Now, come along."

The Hunter began to walk away. They really didn't seem to care that Ramon had fled to this world. It wasn't like The Hunter to not try to insult him at the first chance he got. The hybrid child looks to The Hunter, then back to Ramon. He seemed really hesitant to leave, and the limbless could feel the boy's grip on his hands become tighter.

Ramon entered in the village, and Tily wasn't seen anywhere... No she wasn't there, well, she was, but not in plain sight for him to look her up, and this time he was in front of a jail for some reason... He tried to remain calm as he was loo,ed over, he was doing it for his kids... Theo and Tily...

He held his chest and gave a deep breath as he saw the Elder. The one that kidnapped Tily from his house... and hurting his brother sightly to remove the child from his house.

Theo was passed to Rayman and the limbless twin held his nephew close. When Ramon commented on not returning, this caused the child to go wide-eyed.

"Dad...? What do you mean...? DAD!?"

Theo screams for his dad as Ramon left. As the limbless got closer and closer to the wild one territory, he felt many pairs of eyes were watching him. It was an eerie feeling. As soon as he steps into the village, he was jumped on all sides by the wild ones. They grabbed him and threw him into a cage. That same small and cramped cage that he was placed into the first time he met with the wild ones. When they accused him of attempted kidnapping.

They placed his cage outside the jail instead of the elder's longhouse this time, and that's where he stayed. There was no sign of Tily when he looked around the village. It felt like hours before he saw the elder leave his longhouse and approach the cage. He held the coldest glare aimed at him.

The blonde noods his head at his friend,perhaps after all of this is over, the Glade will have another resident... another protector, but the friend... who might be the friend ﹖ One of the ghosts ﹖Probably!! after all, even tho he knows him, he doesn't know all the aspects of his life.

Days pass and he got the call from Mona, another rift, and now that it wasn't Bullfrog it has to be Theo and The Hunter. So he got ready to find his brother and finally meet with his future son...

Bullfrog let Ramon speak his mind. He's happy to see the limbless standing up for himself and the desire to defend his home and family. To think he used to be so deep into Eden propaganda, the frog never expected to see this side of the limbless man. When told he could stay in the glade, he let out a chuckle.

"I will think about it. I am still needed in Eden. Someone needs to keep an eye on The Emperor and the other members of the high council, and I am searching for any signs of a friend of mine. Thank you, friend."

Days pass, The assassin stays with Ramon and his family. He would sleep on the sofa and helped out with the household chores whenever he could. He would even watch over Tily for them when they needed it. Ramon was outside with Tily when he heard Raymona calling to him. She ran out the door towards him.

"Hon, I just got a phone call from Rayman. There's rift activity again. He's on his way there. Let's go!"

And with that he got up and started to go to the village, he wasn't scared for him, but Tily. He didn't care what they can do to him... He wants his daughter back... and he will get her.

Theo asked his father what was wrong when he saw his reaction to whatever he saw in that hand mirror. He wasted no time in chasing after him, all the way back home. They find Rayman still curled in that ball, crying into his hands. Rayman grips his brother tightly when he hugged him.

"The elder... He found out about everything. About how you were having your spiral and how you were treating the kids during that. I tried to explain that you were getting better but he wouldn't listen to me. He took Tily back.

Brother, if you go back to the village, they will capture you again. They will hurt you or worse. The Elder's made it very clear that you are no longer welcome there."

The blonde was with a fake smile the whole time, if he was there it was for other motives... to save Mona from this place... not only the thing tha they did was horrible but also speciesist, everyone was human except for him... What they wanted to do to her ﹖

Rayman was growling under his breath the whole time, his face was showing that he had a plan, he has to warn her... He has to save her.

His hand was placed in his pocket, where his gun was saved in... He will not let anything happen to her... Even if it's the last thing he does...

Going towards the dressing rooms, he saw the gaurds, shit, he has to think in something else... He has to think and fast before the show starts

The day of the event arrives. As Rayman waits outside of the club, he could see Hoyt walk out with his two bodyguards. He goes over to the voice with a smirk.

"Welcome to the show Mister Rayman! Come inside, I'll take you to where it's being held."

The crime lord leads Rayman inside, and the limbless could see this club was very different than the United of Eden. It was all humans, and the only hybrids were acting as bodyguards or employees of this club. Hoyt stops at one of the rooms and enters with him. There was a small gathering of humans seated in a row, and a small stage set before them. There was a monitor of some kind off to the side.

"Have a seat. Help yourself to a drink or a cigar. The show will begin very soon. Excited to see Mona Lisa perform? She's not going to be singing this time. I have a feeling you are going to really enjoy what you see."

Hoyt grabs a cigar and lights it, passing the time with his smoke and chatting with the other men in attendance. There were guards blocking the backstage, making it impossible to go and warn Raymona. Asked him trembling, making every inhumane strenght to keep his heart relaxed sitting on the floor and hugging his brother tightly kissing his head softly as he cried with him, he has tto go and bring Tily back, that was a kidnapping!!

The beeping of the machine catches Bullfrog's attention instantly. The frog springing into action and pulling a syringe out of his pockets. The same that The Hunter keeps injecting into his torso when his heart started going critical. He leans Ramon back and exposes his chest as he injects the serum into him. His heart began to stabilize once more.

"Relax. breathe, Ramon. Remind yourself that your son is next to you. You are going to be fine. It looks like you have already started down the path of reconciliation. This is a good thing."

The frog remained by Ramon's bedside. Both he and Theo would have to stay in the hospital for a few days. Rayman would visit every day, sometimes bringing Tily to see him. During their stay, Bullfrog would present a present to his limbless comrade. He told him about how a strange limbless had approached him during the night asking to gift it to Ramon. Some type of hand mirror. The silver engravings depicting an eye right beneath the glass of the mirror.

The day arrived for Ramon and Theo's discharge. They were able to go back home, and Ramon had been given medication for his heart. On the way home, he could see the pocket containing the hand mirror start to glow and felt it start to vibrate. When he looked at the mirror, the eye would blink before showing an image within the surface of the glass.

He saw his brother, back at Raymona's house. He was trying to fight someone off, two wild one guards come into view. They pin the limbless to the wall. Ramon could see The Elder walk past the guards, carrying Tily in his arms. The child was squirming in his hold and silently screaming for her uncle. She held a hand out to him as The Elder took her away. The guards dropped the limbless once The Elder had left with Ramon's daughter.

The twin Rayman curled into a ball and began to cry into his hands, then the vision faded.

"I agree. If I am to stay here for the time being, this will need to be properly guarded. Without the scope, I may have bought you more time to prepare. They will need to calibrate another Super Scope if they wish to return. When this is over, I will need the scope back so I may return to Eden. I do not know what's in store yet, but if something happens to The Hunter I feel The Emperor will come searching for them.

I think they are just as unaware that you are here as I am."

"The teensies over at the fairy council have been monitoring whenever a rift opens. Mona, can you call Murfy and update him on everything? If another rift opens up after this, then that'll be The Hunter and that student of theirs. If that student really is Theo, Ramon needs to be there the next time that portal does open. I want someone to call him as soon as possible when that happens."

"Agreed. I'll be right back. Stepping out of the room to make a phone call. Bullfrog, you're welcome to stay with us if you need somewhere to go."

Raymona walks out of the room, grabbing her cell phone so she can call Murfy. Bullfrog sits on the sofa, setting Tily onto her lap. The child began to ask him many questions, which he answered patiently. He let out a laugh as the questions continued.

"Such a curious child! It warms my heart. I can see why you wanted to stay here. You never have to worry about food or clean water, the community looks out for each other, and the people are so kind! Such a rare thing back in Eden. I really am happy for you, Ramon. I am glad you found your little patch of paradise."

With Barranco's arrest, she's been missing a few of the holidays because she needed to keep the scouting up. There's a very delicate transition going on right now. The Rabbid Resistance sent over someone that they're trying to get Barranco's soldiers to accept as their new commander. If it works then we may never have to worry about another commander of that level of cruelty again. It's that important. She's been stationed on Earth and will be there for a while longer. Ramon was connected still to the machines, that was a huge scare he had, and the one that his son has had at the moment, he was angry with himself for what even he said to his brother moments ago. Bullfrog couldn't help but let out a chuckle at that comment. He pulls out an orange juice box and tosses it over for Ramon to catch.

"Had I known things had escalated to this degree, I would have returned much sooner. I was contacted by a mutual of yours, one that I wish to protect the identity of so I shall not name them here. Murfy filled me in on everything that has transpired here."

Bullfrog would take a moment to ask Theo what kind of juice box he wanted, and prepared it for him. He would also do the same for Rayman, who also picked the orange juice. He pulls a chair over to sit at Ramon's bedside, while The Magician and Betilla sat near Theo's. Murfy remains sitting on the edge of the bed and Globox begins to tidy the room a little for them.

"Can everyone but Rayman step outside for a while? I'd like to talk to Rayman and Ramon for a moment."

Betilla, The Magician, Globox, and Murfy got up and left the room. Once they had left, Bullfrog turns to Rayman.

"Are you aware that your hand is shaking?"

Rayman looks down to his free hand. It was trembling badly. He released his brother's hand and began holding his shaking one. Closing and opening his hand to try to steady the shakes. Rayman's eyes closed and he let out a sigh, the exhale sounding shaky.

"One moment, please."

Rayman got up from his chair and walked into the bathroom, slowly shutting the door behind him. Bullfrog stays by Ramon's bedside. He takes Ramon's hand and gives it a squeeze.

"What have you gotten yourself into this time, friend? Tell me everything. I want to hear your side."

The hero held his wife close, he forgave her already... but listening from her own mouth what did just happen it made the blonde to have a softened look in his face, he wasn't angry, hetruly wasn't. he was mostly worried for her... The poor man had no idea what she did to herself, just to save him.... If that wasn't love he doesn't know what that is..

I called upon all our allies to try and find you, and Demona was the one who managed to track you and relay information to us. As she watched you in secret and tracked the path of The Buccaneer, I began working on my plan.

I sought out Grute and his group, Doc allowed me to use his ship, but I needed more. I went to Jano for aid. He let me borrow the chest... But I will have to return. I gave myself to him so I could bring you home. So our children could have their father back, the glade would have their hero, you could come back home safely. She started sniffling, quickly using her hand to try and wipe away the tears as they fell. Emily's head suddenly turned towards the door as he heard it squeak. It was now ajar and she slowly goes to investigate. She looks outside for a moment before shutting it and returning to tidying the room.

The blonde watched with a smile as his family greeted his friend, and how his daughter koala hugged him. Like she does to her dad, that made his heart to enter in ease as he watches them all interact.

But his smile got away as soon as he hears it all... Everything is happening as Kalhi told him... heart accelerated... as he looks the super scope that was in the hands of Bullfrog... For now if he is staying here... He will ask Murfy to save it in the Fairy council away from danger....

He would greet Raymona and Tily just as warmly, letting Tily koala grip him in a hug. The frog laughed and hugged the fairy child.

He listened to Ramon explain what was going on. He looks away for a moment before sliding what was hanging off his back to him. A super scope.

"I have been watching The Hunter's activity for quite some time. I think I may know of the child you speak of. He is a very young hybrid child with no name. I have watched them train together. This may be an apprentice or student of theirs. I don't know where they got the child, but I can tell he is not treated like he should. During one of my scouting missions, I managed to steal this from their lab. This super scope has been calibrated to always lead to this realm and back to Eden. It cannot take you anywhere else.

The Hunter has been here often. I have been watching them. It seems they've been gathering samples from the local plants and wildlife, but I feel they may be here seeking something more. Something The Emperor is always wary of. This world is the biggest threat to Eden for one sole factor. Magic. Much of it.
