His hair is the most difficult to draw fr, the times that I've tried to doodle a scene that's stuck in my head and Hyrule just ends up bald until the last moment because I struggle with his hair lol
That said, this is so cool!! I'll be using these as a reference for the couple of fanarts that I have in progress for sure.
Modeling your characters in 3d is a great way off getting references. I wish I had the skill to do that but the only 3d modeling experience that I have is thinkercad and that's not great for complex shapes. Maybe someday I'll try other programs and see...
Also, the spotlight you say? 👀
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I’ve never been able to draw the Hero of Hyrule right—That hair of his has angles and curves that I just can’t portray properly. So, like the clay Lizalfos I made years back, I picked up some 3D basics to help. with a few tutorials, I managed a decent yet kinda creepyđŸ˜¶ attempt—at least good enough to study the angles and curves. though here It's definitely less wavy than it ought to be đŸ€”
I’m using “Nomad Sculpt” on an ipad. With YouTube tutorials it’s been pretty approachable. I tried Blender, but that learning curve takes more time, a luxury I don’t have.
It's been several months since this was 1st posted to patrion, and now I can say for sure I'm feeling a bit more confident drawing him which will be especially helpful for when the spotlight moves to him in the story eventually, and yet I feel his hair eludes me still...

Downfall iau time again >:) Anyone wondering what happened to Wild (and Flora) after they helped Twilight in this fic?
Now you get to find out.
Masterlist
————————————————————
Link raced to the security room of the complex he was in, so fast that the security cameras wouldn’t pick him up. He tried to take comfort in the fact that the alarms had stopped while they’d been in Zelda’s father’s office— hopefully that meant their focus wasn’t on the building anymore.
Hopefully.
Link reached a corner, and peered around it, almost smiling as he saw his goal. He was too stressed to really do it though, and a moment later he heard the tiny earpiece Zelda had slipped him buzz.
“How’s it going?” she breathed, keeping her voice down.
“Nearly there,” Link murmured back.
“Okay. Good. The shift change is soon, that’ll be our best bet,” Zelda said through the radio, and Link hummed a small affirmative. “We’ll have to be quick.”
“No problem,” Link murmured, rolling his shoulder as he drew closer. He was literally built for speed. This would be easy.
“Are you at the corridor?” Zelda asked, and Link nodded, then affirmed with a hum when he remembered she couldn’t see him. “Excellent. The key will be to distract them somehow when they change guards. Do you—”
“Shh,” Link hushed, hearing a door open, and Zelda went quiet.
He ducked lower behind his cover, watching as the door to the security room opened. A woman came out, her uniform belaying her status as security guard, and she yawned, looking at her watch. That was another good sign. She didn’t look particularly worried or anything, which probably meant she hadn’t noticed Link and Zelda helping Twilight through the security feed.
A few minutes went by, light outside a nearby window growing steadily stronger. Link briefly entertained just zipping past the guard, but he knew it wouldn’t work. She was sleepy, but not that sleepy.
Finally another set of footsteps came, and a man walked around the corner, scratching at his beard.
“About time you showed up,” the woman huffed, and the man shrugged.
“Bus was late, alright? There was some robbery or something downtown, traffic was snarled.”
“Ugh, aren’t the supers supposed to prevent that kind of thing?” the woman said with a grumble. “Seems like they never do their jobs right. We had a rogue one earlier too, I swear they’re more trouble than they’re worth.”
The man agreed, and as their conversation continued, Link quietly pulled a bottle out of the trashcan near him. He waited a moment, then threw it as hard as he could down the opposite hallway, hitting it off a window and making a tremendous crashing sound.
Both guards startled and ran towards the noise, and Link bolted past them and into the control room. A wall of screens met him, with way too many keyboards and papers lying around on tables below them, and Link swallowed.
“Instructions?” he relayed towards Zelda, and he heard her take in a shaky breath.
“Okay. You’ll need to find the main computer, it should be... there, in the middle,” she said, and Link moved towards the one that seemed to be correct. He sat down and pressed a key, and the screen brightened, showing a menu of some kind. “They left it logged in!” Zelda gasped excitedly, and Link smiled. That made their job way easier. “Go to the section titled storage management, it should be there.”
Link did as she said, and a new screen popped up, with a lot more numbers and things on it.
“Perfect. There should be a calendar button of some kind... click on that, then just go to the times we were in the hall with Twilight and delete them.”
“Won’t it be suspicious to have just that footage be deleted?” Link asked in a whisper, and he heard Zelda make a noise.
“Yes... hm. Perhaps we should delete all of the data from today, and make it look like an error,” she said thoughtfully. “...Yes, that should work. It’ll still be suspicious, but in a different way. It won’t point towards us, hopefully.”
Link hummed in acknowledgment, and started in on deleting everything and making it look like an error. Zelda had to instruct him on what keys to press, and every time he messed something up, he only got more nervous. They probably only had mere seconds left.
Some of the tension left his shoulders when the last of the footage was gone, but he still worked fast, making sure to cover their tracks.
“And... there,” Zelda finally said, and Link leaned back, looking at the screen that seemed mostly normal. “The moment they come back and try to push anything, they’ll get about ten different error messages. Should make it all look like a glitch. Now get out of there!”
Link didn’t hesitate, hurrying back the way he came, but he only took about two steps before he heard the security guard coming back.
He froze, then zipped towards a dim corner, wishing not for the first time that his suit was a little less bright blue. He actually liked the color, but it wasn’t very practical.
The new guard came back in, grumbling something about stupid pranks, and Link held his breath. If he could just slip around him while his back was turned, he’d be fine.
Link crept towards the corner, moving as silently as possible. As soon as he was out of sight he would run, but at the moment it would be too risky he’d be heard. He just needed to make it to the door.
The guard sat down at his desk with a huff, stretching his arms above his head as Link inched along. He set down the drink he had, then turned to the computer, glancing at the other security screens as he moved.
Then he froze, meeting Link’s eyes in one of the reflections of a screen.
“Hey!”
Link didn’t hesitate, bolting away and out of the room, but the guard had already pushed the alarm. Red lights flashed, and Zelda began frantically saying something over the radio, but Link focused all his energy on running away.
But where could he go? He’d been seen, by someone who would immediately recognize and report him, and nobody would believe anything he said to defend himself, truth or lies.
It was all over.
Link paused by a wall halfway across the building, gulping in a terrified breath. He needed to calm down. What were his options here? How was he going to keep Zelda safe?
“Champion, where are you?” Zelda asked frantically, and he breathed out, forcing himself to keep calm.
“Barracks, south side.”
“Okay,” Zelda breathed, sounding frightened. “Okay. Maybe... maybe we can think up a story as for why you were down there. Try and convince the guard he was seeing things? Maybe he hadn’t gotten enough sleep the night before.”
“They’ll put together the computer tampering with me,” Link swallowed. “It’s only a matter of time.”
“Not if I say it was all me,” Zelda said fiercely, and Link rapidly shook his head even though she couldn’t see him.
“No. You’re too important.”
“Champion you’re just as important as I am! And you know the penalty will be worse if you’re the one—”
“Zelda,” he interrupted, and she stopped at him using her name. He never did that. “We both know you’ll just be another “mysterious” assassination if they connect this to you. It won’t help me. My punishment will be the same whether you’re involved or not.”
“Then run away,” Zelda demanded, her voice trembling. “Run far away. Champion if you’re going to take the fall for this than don’t let them catch you, please.”
“They’ll question you on my whereabouts,” he said, heart thudding. “You won’t be safe.”
“I’ll be fine. Please, Champion—”
“Link,” he whispered, and her voice went silent. “My name is Link.”
He heard Zelda swallow, and Link leaned against the wall, closing his eyes. Zelda could do so much more good in her position then he would ever be able to in his. Link was just a bodyguard. She was someone people listened to, an inspiration, one who’d already brought hope to him and several other supers with her support. She’d actually helped change a few things, and though they’d been small, she was loved for it.
Link wouldn’t let that light be snuffed out. He’d take the fall. It was worth it to him.
...If only he could get Zelda to see that.
“Link. Please get away,” Zelda pleaded one more time, voice shaking. “Go help Twilight, go to Holodrum, I don’t care, just please. Save yourself.”
“I’m saving you,” Link whispered. “Don’t let it be in vain.”
Zelda didn’t seem keen on listening to him, and her voice turned more commanding, as if she could hide her fear. “Champion I’m sure my father can do something to protect you, don’t give yourself up for me, I—”
A sharp pain hit Link in the leg.
Electricity raced through him seconds later, and he cried out, falling to the ground as his muscles seized. It had been a while since he’d been truly shocked, and the sensation was worse than he remembered, dizzying his brain and stealing his breath.
Electric dart, remotely controlled, remember when they were being tested—
Zelda was saying something frantic in his ear, but Link couldn’t focus on the words, too busy trying to get ahold of himself. Somehow there were several security guards surrounding him already, and when Link regained his senses and leapt forward to escape, the electricity came back, from that same spot in his leg.
He screamed this time, the shock more powerful, back arching as it raced through him. It was only a few seconds of agony, but Link was gasping for breath when it finished. And the moment it stopped, a boot planted itself on his chest, pressing down painfully.
“Champion, Champion, Champion,” a voice sighed, sounding like they were shaking their head. “Tampering with security while we’re already on high alert from a fugitive? Already would’ve been incriminating, but that makes it much worse. This is such unusual behavior from you, I expect better.”
Link managed to look up at the man, and recognized him one of the higher-level security guards, one who wasn’t shy about using force to get what he wanted. What was his name... Kohga, maybe?
“Link, what’s happening?” Zelda’s voice said in a terrified whisper, and he grunted as the pressure was increased on his chest.
“You decided to help him, didn’t you?” the guard said as he leaned closing, studying Link’s face. “The traitor. Duskfall. Not as stoic as you look, eh? Tried to erase the evidence. Well you may have deleted the data, but we all know what you did, thanks to your little stunt. Duskfall is wanted for treason you know. Which means since you helped him... well. You can guess.”
Despite his wild heartbeat, Link felt a bright spark of hope. They didn’t know Zelda was involved. They didn’t know where Twilight had gone. He’d succeeded in erasing the footage.
Which meant his mission had been a success.
“Link, no,” Zelda whispered like she’d come to the same conclusion as he had, and Link slowly moved his hand as the guard blabbered on, removing the earpiece.
Now he just needed to make sure no evidence remained.
Zelda’s safety had been hammered into him as his utmost priority ever since he’d been assigned as her bodyguard, and Link had always done his best to do that. It had just been his duty for a long time, both of them less then pleased with the arraignment, but somewhere in there their moods had softened, and guarding Zelda had changed to something Link was honored to do.
Zelda was his friend. One of the few people out there who actually treated him as a person.
And he’d die before he let her be hurt because of this.
“Hey, what’s that you’ve got? Put that down!” the guard said suddenly, and the others moved closer, prepared to snatch the earpiece away.
“Link please—!”
Link crushed the speaker with his fist, removing any evidence of who he’d been talking to.
The guard above him ground his heel into Link’s chest, making him grunt in pain, then sneered down at him over his nose.
“Little brat. That’ll get you no leniency, that’s for certain,” he said with a glare. Someone came forward and twisted Link’s arms back, placing him in handcuffs. “You’re being taken in for questioning, and you’d better pray I’m not the one who gets to interrogate you.”
Link didn’t say a word.
Twilight, I hope you make it.

I think I'm missing some context, but I've been seeing a bit of controversy about the LU and LoZ fandom this past couple of days and I'm pretty sure that this issue comes from way back.
And I just want to say that most of the people that I've met in this fandom are so sweet and welcoming. Maybe I was just fortunate to interact with the right people, but I know for sure that those little interactions have been what makes me love this fandom so much. I think a healthy community is even more important than the source material when it comes to shape one's vision of a fandom, at least for me.
I must confess that I've been a lurker for most of the time that I've been here, mostly because my own fear of giving my opinion or asking questions that could seem dumb and not wanting to go out of my confort zone. That said, I couldn't have been more wrong.
If you are new to a fandom, and not just LU or LoZ, any fandom, or even if you've been here for a while and you are just a fellow lurker I want to tell you:
Don't be afraid of interacting with other people
Don't be afraid of giving your opinion
Don't be afraid to create
Don't be afraid to share
And don't be afraid of asking questions
I can't promise you that you won't encounter a jerk sometimes, but mostly you will find great people willing to share their own opinions and knowledge with you. Who knows, you might meet some of your greatest friends that way.
The interactions between people are what define the hearth of a comunity. And that's why I want you to always try to be polite and treat everyone with kindness first.
Don't impose your own headcanons to anyone, hell don't even impose canon, people love to create and go wild with their own imagination and if that makes them happy let them be happy.
You can always share your knowledge about the games, LU or whatever you want, but please do it politely. The other person might not realise that their take on a character or story is not canon or they might know and just want to ignore it. And that's alright too, at the end of the day we are here to have fun. You can share your own headcanons if you want.
If you don't like something or a person is just being straight rude, then you can always block them, you have all the right to do it. But please try to make sure you don't become the one that's rude with others without reason.
Also about the games, you don't have to have played to every game to interact with the fandom, you don't have to have played to any of them if you want. You can just have read the comic and that's totally fine, like I said earlier if you want to know about something just ask politely, really don't be afraid to ask. And to the people that answers please don't be rude about it. Most people don't have the money or the time to play every game, but that doesn't mean that they can't learn about them if they are interested.
Don't assume anything about anyone, for all you know you could be talking with a literal child that just found something that seems cool and is so excited to learn more about it or to share their own stuff with others. And how would they feel if the first reaction they got to their question or opinion was a negative one? And not just children, anyone who wanted to interact with a fandom and just got rude reactions would probably just want to go away and not even want to keep learning about the thing that had them so excited. So please, please always try to be mindful with others, you don't know their circunstances, kindness shoud always be tried first.
And mostly to new users but this goes to everyone, about taging no LU stuff as LU, please if you are not sure try to check the original tags before reblogging. It takes just a few seconds and is the best way to avoid confussion and innecesary arguments. On the other side, if you see someone misstaging let them know, but please do it politely, they might be new and not understand how the tagging works.
What I want to say with all of this is please always try to be kind, everyone has their own circunstances. Don't let issues like these that can be easily avoided rot the core of a beautiful comunity. You'll find some people that are just jerks, is unavoidable on any group of people, but don't let them make you become one of them, just block and keep living your life. Most people are sweet and great and it's a pity if you miss out on everything good just because a few idiots.

Finally, it's done, my hands have been hurting for four days and they probably still will for a couple of days more but I finally finished the cat
Surprisingly I didn't cut myself in the process, not even once. So I consider it a win
Here it is at last, I can finally focus completely in my exams :')
Tumblr media
So... Long time no see
If anyone was wondering if I died or something don't worry I'm still alive and kicking
I want to publish more linked universe stuff (I have like seven projects started between carving, art and an animatic that may never see the light of sun lol). But alas, I haven't had the time to work on any of it. Sadly war is not over for me and I still have some exams in July 😔
Besides, my mum's birthday is in like 5 days and I wanted to give her a carving of our cat as a pressent. So I've been trying to finish it and study for my exams at the same time. If you are wondering if this is a good idea, no it isn't. Kids learn from my mistakes. At this point I'm just hoarding stress (Is this how it feels to be Legend?)
Once I finish with my exams I'll hopefully have time to work on some thing that I had to pause because of them. The first thing I'm going to finish will probably be a carving of another sword. Can you guess whose? (Sneak peek under the cut :))
Tumblr media
I want to carve all of the chain's swords at some point and I already have most of them sketched (minus Wild because I'm waiting to see if he really doesn't break the sword Four made for him lol).
At first I thought that the master sword would be the hardest one but guys, guys have you seen the HILT of Hyrule's sword? I haven't even tried to carve it yet and it's giving me nightmares already. Honestly I'm probably leaving that one for last, hell I think I'll avoid it for as long as I can. (Why do I do this things to myself?)
I also want to carve Wolfie and a loftwing but I wanted to make them bigger than I made bunny Legend. I might have to consider it though because the cat is bigger too and is taking me forever. Although I guess it wouldn't be that stressful because I wouldn't be on a time limit... I don't know
I'll figure it out, eventually...
If you made it until here, I'll show you my progress on the cat as a thank you for listening to my rambles :D

Very interesting question, I have so many thoughs about this. Buckle up because this is gonna be long.
First thing first, I'm gonna assume that we are talking about permanent death (which will hurt), because if that's not the case then there's so many more possibilities (I'm looking at you both Wild and Hyrule).
Ok so with that established let's see who has plot armor:
Sky: I mean, pretty sure that he has to start the royal bloodline and I think that both him and Sun are too young for her to be pregnant (I could be wrong though)
Time: His situation is very similar to Sky's but with a mayor diference. Malon could actually be pregnant, they are older and they have been at the ranch not that long ago (And I haven't forgotten about that letter that Time got at the inn). So his plot armor is pretty much made of paper at this point, but we'll see.
Wild: I don't know if Jojo will consider TotK as canon for LU, but if she does then Wild has a strong plot armor too. For permanent death anyway, if it's temporal he actually has a target on his back, but if I remember correctly Jojo said something about the champions an their abilities being gone so I don't think she'll go that way.
Hyrule: This is more of a strech, but I think the manual of one of Hyrule's games (AoL perhaps?) said something about a profecy of him being destined to be king because he slayed ganon or something like that. Considering that he is "just a traveler" I don't think that Jojo is going that route so this is probably another paper plot armor but we'll see. Another fact that could save or doom Hyrule (both of them hehe) is the blood curse, but I don't know if this is canon and it hasn't been stablished in LU either (I think is just a popular headcanon? Maybe? I haven't played Hyrule's games). But if it is canon I don't think that Hyrule will die. Catastrophical world-ending event just doesn't seem right for the vive that Jojo is going for with this story, but I could be wrong.
Four: I mean there's Palace of the Four Sword stuff but that's perfectly compatible with him dying so not plot armor here.
Wind: I haven't played Spirit Tracks but didn't it say something about Wind and Tetra founding New Hyrule? Anyway I think that Jojo said that she doesn't really like that game much and that even though at first it was going to be one of Wind's games she kinda discarded the idea. So I don't know what ST situation with wind is at the moment but if Jojo wants to kill our sailor I'm pretty sure that ST canon is not gonna save his ass.
Twilight: Future Wolfie has to raise feral Wild but he'll probably be an spirit by that point so that's probably not keeping him from dying
And with that I think those are all the future references that I can think of. Now the next part is entirely speculation and my thoughs of what would make sense story wise.
Sky: He's the one with the most solid plot armor so I think he's pretty safe.
Four: I just remembered the Wind and Four are related theory, so if it turns out to be real then he would probably be safe (unless wind is only related to one of the colors...), but it probably will stay just a theory so yeah more paper plot armor. But what I'm sure of is that Four still has a lot of stuff to do. We barely have met the colors and maybe his minish hability will come back too. I don't know but I don't think that he's going to die either, his character arc is probably pretty full as it is, maybe.
Time: He is the one giving more death flags at the moment and it totally would make sense for his character to sacrifice himself at the end (for any of them really, these self-sacrificing idiots, I love them), but I don't think he will (he might try though). I feel like all these flags are not subtle and that Jojo might be playing mind games with us, making us think that he is the one that's gonna kick the bucket (Damn I feel like the guy with the conspiration wall from that meme). Call me paranoid, but I can't help but think that she is gonna come for the one that we expect the least. So my bet isn't on him but I won't deny that he is giving major death flags so who knows.
Legend: Oh boy, honestly I'm not sure where Jojo is going with Legend, I think that we might see his perspective on the knights change, but thats about it. This boy has so many lore (and trauma) that she could do a lot of diferent stuff with him. Besides learning that he can trust his brothers and lower his defences around them I can't think about where his character arc might go. But I could see him sacrificing himself in the end too (one last adventure right?... Man I'm angsty today). I don't think that he is the most likely to die, but I wouldn't be surprised if he did.
Hyrule: Besides what I said earlier about the consequences of his blood curse and how I don't think that Jojo will open that can of worms (though she coud just ignore it and kill him anyway), I don't have much more about him, but he is one of the strongest candidates for temporary death. If I'm not wrong Jojo even drew one of his dolls on one of the doodles posts, so she could very well use it.
Twilight: I've seen a lot of people say that his injury might come back to bite him and it is possible, but I don't think it will. For me all of the Twi almost dying arc had another goal. I think it was meant to show how much of a threat the shadow is, that even on a team as buffed as this one they are not invencible. Besides I think that the few latest updates are trying to show us that Twi is in the mending and that he can still take care of himself (and to play with our feelings with that moblin hit, that too). That said, if I'm right and that injury doesn't give him more serious problems, I think he is safe. I've seen so many stories where a character seems to be going to die only to survive in the end that I've come to be able to predict when a character is not really gonna die. And Twi's almost death was the first one in a long time that actually had me going "Wait, is he really going to die?" And that knowing that a main character is less likely to die in the middle os a story than in the end. What I mean with this is that it was so well done that it actually fooled me, it would have been a very good written death. That said, it's really hard to pull a belivable situation where a character might actually die twice with the same guy. He almost died so you are paying attention to him and trying to make sure that he doesn't get hurt again (just like half of the chain is doing), he is the one that you expect to die any second. And what happens? That the one that actually dies is another character that you didn't notice was at risk too because you were too ocupated fussing over the wrong guy (yes, this could perfectly happen to the chain if Jojo wants to be angsty). So yeah, unless I'm wrong and that injury actually causes more problems I think that Twi is safe (you already had your turn almost dying wolf boy, save something for your brothers heheh)
Wind: Honestly, if had to bet who's gonna die I think I would say either Wind or one ot the other boys that I haven't mentioned yet. Unless the tone of the comic starts to get dark very quickly is probably not gonna be Wind, killing the youngest is a low blow. But just because of that, if Jojo is feeling angsty (like me today aparently) it would certainly be one if not the most crushing and impactful death for the chain (and for us đŸ„Č). He is a good candidate too for temporary death, who knows, maybe ST will actually turn out to be relevant and Wind will discover some ghostly powers.
Warriors: Yeah you guessed right, this guy is my other possibility for most likely to kick the bucket. Now, "why Warriors?" you might think. Well, besides trying not to die in this dungeon, I don't see a clear arc for his character for the moment (maybe some interesting conversations about some people from the war?). But you know what this guy is been doing lately? Making sure that the rest of the chain didn't fall apart while Time was busy with, you know, Twi almost dying and all of that. He might not be the leader of this group, but he is great at using his leadership skills to back up Time when he needs it. Also, he has proved to be one of, if not, the best at making decissions when everything is falling apart (not surprising considering that this guy fought in a war and had to see a lot of his comrades die). Now, what would happen to the chain if the person who dies is precisely the one who would know how to deal with that situation best? Do you see my vision? Yeah, I was late to vote but my money is on Warriors.
Wild: (You already died sir, you're grounded without dying again) Aside from his possible TotK plot armor I remembered his conversation with Twi in Memories pt. 2 and it seems that he has a pending conversation with his Zelda, so if he dies that would be unresolved (unless they visit his hyrule before that, I guess). So yeah, Wild better start praying for TotK to be canon for LU because that's the greatest factor keeping him alive. For the moment let's hope that he and Wars survive their trip trough the dungeon.
Bonus secret option:
Epona: I mean, are we sure that it's gonna be one of the boys? Maybe Jojo is fooling us and it'll be Epona (still sad). Of course if Epona dies then we can prepare Twi's funeral too because no way that he survives if Ilia hears about it.
If you read all of this thank you so much for your time and patience, I knew it would be long but I didn't think it would be that long lol.

I had to do it, they made me hehehe
So, no new art or carving today (though I did carve something for my sister, but it isn't LU or LoZ related so I don't know if anyone would want to see it), but that's not the point.
For context, I reacently finished watching Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood (I haven't watched the 2003 version, but I might so no spoilers pls) and a thought just hit me.
You see these two guys under here? These two witty lovely assholes that can also be absolute gremlims when they want to?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Yeah they are absolutly the same person
I spent the whole series like "Damn I really like this Edward Elric guy, I feel like I've met him before"
And then I went "Wait a minute, snarky, check; short tempered (and just short too hehe), check; blond, check; secretly a softie with the people he cares about, check; loves to banter, check; self-sacrificial idiot, check; stuborn, check; surviving out of pure spite, check..." Man, he even wears red for the majority of the series.
And it hit me "HOLY SHIT HE'S JUST LIKE LEGEND!!"
So yeah, the only diference that I can find is that it's a popular headcanon that Links love milk, but Ed hates it with all his being lol
Even the dinamic between Ledge and Hyrule is pretty similar to the one between Ed and Al
Ehem, so that was my contribution to the fandom today 😌

Hii! So a couple weeks ago @cassieisinthebasementt rebloged this photo saying that these would totally be wolfie and the hero's shade and well...
Tumblr media
I couldn't resist
Tumblr media
I couldn't figure out if I liked it better with or without the glowy halo around the hero's shade so here's the version without it

Look at that, I'm alive and posting again after all. Belive me, I'm the one who is most surprised by this.
As I promised here is our favourite bunny
Before the paint
Tumblr media
I was tempted of leaving him like this, but he wouldn't be Legend if he wasn't pink so...
Behold
The Bunny
The Legend
Our favourite asshole

Also to answer @zolanort
Yes, my finger is ok and on its way to healing don't worry (you can actually see the cut on my index on the first photo lol) thank you for asking though đŸ€—
And @ahanarhorse
I used a block of linden wood, the Internet said that it was a good one for starting and I can confirm that it is in fact pretty nice and satisfaying 😊

So, after a year or so of lurking, I finally decided to do my first post (Yeah better later than ever I guess)
Since my current hyperfixation is linked universe and I love arts and crafts I decided to try wood carving.
Blame it on this guy

Anyway, after I don't even know how many hours and two cuts on my finger, I present to you Warriors' sword!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The blade itself is a bit wonky, but I'm pretty proud of the hilt considering this is my first time trying wood carving.
Here is the comparation with the sketch (If you also see the master sword, no you don't, I do not have the skill to carve that one yet)

Coming soon (hopefully) Bunny Legend
