So I was musing to myself about some Possibilities/Theories about the Knight. I previously considered the option that their appearance is a result of an ‘armor set’ that transforms into something much more innocuous and easy to hide in the Light World, mostly for Carol!Knight theories but…

If the Knight’s armor really was something one could equip and unequip, that would open to door of the possibility that there’s more than one person under the armor. One could easily have both Carol and Dess take on the identity of the Knight depending on circumstances. Maybe Rudy too, I dunno…

And then I started thinking, like, wait, "the Knight" is already kinda the identity of multiple people, right? Since Susie thinks of the Knight as operating all alone, she’s totally unaware of the idea the Knight has allies that are helping them. So she assumes any action taken by these allies was instead taken by this solo-operating single entity known as “The Knight”.

One could say that the ‘Kris is the Knight’ theories were actually kinda correct, since by creating Dark Fountains that were later credited to the Knight, Kris is part of the Collective Identity of the Knight, even if they far from the sole component.

And this angle can also work without the whole Armor Theory that started that Thought in the first place. Folks who theorize that Dess is the Knight and is stuck in the Dark World (or Rudy, only temporary healed of his illness in the Dark World), would usually have Carol and/or Asgore filling in for actions the Knight supposedly did in the Light World (taking Undyne to the Shelter or opening Dark Fountains).

Since Susie just thinks of it as ‘the Knight took Undyne to the Shelter’ and ‘the Knight is the one who’s been opening all these Dark Fountains’, you can say that these aren’t just the Knight’s allies, but are part of the Identity of ‘the Knight’.

Especially if you assume that the goals of Team Knight are primarily to make sure the Prophecy stays ‘on rails’, which necessitate the creation of a ‘Knight’ who will menace the Heroes.

It’s just… having 3 (or maybe slightly more) members of a conspiracy focused on maintaining a mysterious Collective Identity that none of them fully understand but believe is required due to some sort of force above them… Where have I heard that before?

There has been a rise of accounts across multiple platforms getting hacked and spreading messages out with claims that someone’s impersonating you. They tell you to contact a discord account in order to get the situation dealt with since they “accidentally” reported you and don’t want you to get banned. Sometimes they may even send you a photo-shopped picture of a note or messaged edited to show your username or a screenshot that’s been photo-shopped to have your username on the supposed impersonator profile.

Here is some important tips-

The hacked account will always act like it’s an urgent matter and wont tell you anything right off the bat.

Do not click any links these compromised accounts send you because it’s just a phishing link to get your account information.

You will never have to pay tech support to prevent a ban. You would never have to contact a random discord account to get the ban lifted.

Most hacked accounts will evade any questions you ask them regarding the legitimacy of their claims.

Please share this post as this phishing scam in particular has started to pop up across multiple sites again.
