Record #3.
It was the last day of Cordelia's apprenticeship, yet somehow her heart felt heavy instead of lighter. She had grown accustomed to Vela Atelier and the people there. Mentor Celia and Ethel were kind to her, welcoming her with open arms, guiding her through the world of magic just like what Mentor Grinn did. She also gained new friends during her stay, making her somehow reluctant to part ways. Yet, she knew they all had to. They had their own path to take. Whether they would cross paths again or not, that was the story for another time. She would not know until the time came. Yet, for now, she was resolute to cherish her time. It was preciousㅡa treasure she would never throw away as she gained a lot. More importantly, she had found an answer to her question. Magic is never a curse, but a blessing, and she was blessed by it.
Cordelia, vowed to return the kindness they showed her to others in her capability.

Record #1.
The first day Cordelia opened up to her mentor fully was when she was 16 years old. Exactly one year after they met. Throughout the time, she was hostile, yet mentor Grinn never once complained about it. In fact, she was closer to a mother figure than her own mom. She was introduced to her other kids she took under her wings. Although not all were magicians, mentor Grinn never discriminated them and took care of each of them with love. She was too good of a person that Cordelia thought she used up all her luck to meet her.
Days, months, and years passed and Cordelia slowly changed into her old cheerful selfㅡthough with a bit restrain this time. She grew closer to a boy named Anders, who was also mentor Grinn's "adopted" kid like her. Although they both pursued different paths that ended up with them bickering with one another often, she enjoyed every interaction they had. She never had a close friend like him before.
***
When Cordelia turned 19, mentor Grinn told her about ANMA, its laws, and the magic proficiency test needed to be taken by magic users in order to obtain a license should they wanted to work with it. Thus, after thinking things thoroughly, Cordelia agreed to take it under her mentor's recommendation. She was scared, yet she was determined to prove her mom wrong. That her magic was not a curse but a blessing.

Cw // Self blaming
Arriving in Vela Atelier, Cordelia was both nervous and excited. She vowed to work hard in order to obtain the license and make her mentor proud. Thankfully, the people she met there were kind to her. She felt welcomed in that new and strange place, making her relaxed as she went on through her days.
Perhaps, that was the reason why she was late for some classesㅡthat she got too relaxed until she overslept. She cursed herself inwardly for her incompetence, even to the point of blaming herself, getting flashbacks from the nightmares of her childhood that she had to calm herself down at the backyard, away and secluded from others. She questioned herself whether she would be able to pass the exam or not, whether her magic was truly a blessing like her mentor said, or a curse like what her mom always told her back then. It was not that she did not believe in mentor Grinn's words, it was more of her not believing herself.
It took her awhile to get back to her feet. She felt like wanting to give up entirely yet she knew, it was never a choice to begin with. Deep down, she wanted to survive no matter what it takes. Thus, she went back on track to learn diligently, reviewing the materials she got from classes, did the homework given, and even went to borrow her fellow apprentices' notes. She also took some commissions and went on foraging adventures to gain more real experiences. Because she believed there was only little texts could teach. Experiences mattered.
Cordelia's daily routine consisted of classes - homework - foraging - commissions. She rarely went outside of her room unless it was necessary or she felt the need to talk with other people. She considered writing letters to master Grinn or Anders, yet she knew it would not be good for her as she would end up depending herself on them. She did not want to burden them any more than what she already did.
Thus, Cordelia studied and worked until the day of magic proficiency exam. She was nervous all day until the result was out: she got the result of Medicine as her path. Which was not what she was expected yet she was pretty content with it. She vowed to only use her magic for a good causeㅡto help people in need without succumbing to worldly desires.

The Lily of the Valley.
Name : Cordelia Erina Age : 20 years old Date of Birth : 19th of Pluviae, 1101 Place of Birth : Pierra Luna, Virýllos Face claim : Yamuraiha from MAGI
Cw tw // Abusive parents , mention of death
Little Cordelia was an average girl with a happy and content life with her mom and dad. Living in a port town in a central country, her family relied on the sea to trade and sell goods abroad, making it the main source of income. Although they were not a noble family, they never ran out of food at the table thanks to her dad's skilled business style and her mom's crafty hands. Her parents were both magicians, yet they never discriminated her nor the people around. They thought of people equally regardless of their titles, magic, or race. She was showered with love.
Things went good until her father died all of a sudden due to a heart attack when she was 7 years old. From then on, things have started to go downhill for her. Having lost her dad from such a young age, she had to mature well as her mom was rarely home. She had to do everything on her own, down to doing chores around the house and even did cook on her own. It was the turning point on her life for the warmth around the house was replaced with the coldness. Her mom became a stranger as they never exchanged words.
One day when Cordelia turned 10, her mom came back home with a strange mark on her forehead, which she later realized it was a mark left by ANMA because her mom violated one of its law, leaving her powerless as she was stripped off of her magic. That made her mom devastated and depressed, as magic was what accompany her in dad's place. Again, Cordelia was left alone without the company of her mom despite they stayed under the same roof for 24/7.
That was not all to it. When Cordelia manifested magic at the age of 12. Her mom who found out about it despised her. She told her that she stole her power, leashing out on her and treating her harshly, not even given any meals or drink until she fainted as a form of punishment for the manifestationㅡ she was even diagnosed with malnutrition when she later saw a doctor accompanied by her mentor whom she met when she was on a run to leave her house, no longer was she able to hold on both her mom's treatment and the neighbors' harsh gossips on their family.
Cordelia met her mentor when she was 15. After miraculously enduring 3 years of abuse, she met a good person who gave her a new life, whom she called Master Grinn. She was treated with kindness and warm that she longed for. Her master also taught her magic, guided her, and changed her belief that her manifestation was not a curse but a blessing from The one true God, Tsiuri. The name Cordelia Erina also came from herㅡshe told her it would be a new start for her, praying that her heart would be peaceful and rest easy from then on. A peaceful heart, that was what her name meant.
