~150cal broccoli/mushroom stirfry~
(2-3 portions)
You need:
-200g broccoli (56)
-200g champignons (44)
-1tsp vegetable broth(10)
-soy sauce, spices (optional)
How to:
-cut the veggies into smaller pieces
-put them in a pan and stir for a minute
- add in ur 50ml vegetable broth and put a lit on top.
-wait for the broccoli to be done then add in ur spices and soy sauce(if you want to)

Remember when you HAVE to eat
1. Take smaller bites
2. Chew slower, this makes you think you’re meal is a way larger portion than it really is
3. Don’t go for more until you swallow the food, maybe wait a couple seconds as well
4. Don’t eat more than what you first put on your plate
5. If you don’t feel full that’s a good thing, wait for your stomach to ajust to the food you’ll feel full after 20 mins
