Why does adult exercise suck, or if you find adult exercise that's fun it costs a BILLION DOLLARS?? Gimme an adult sized jungle gym, adult sized playground, adult tag groups, dodgeball, kickball, etc. I know some of that exists but not EVERYWHERE, and you always gotta pay for it?? people say folks with adhd struggle with "delayed rewards" aka long term goals and as such we tend to focus more on short term rewards. what they don't talk about is that at when we Do accomplish long term goals we don't actually feel anything proportionate to the amount of work we did to achieve it. In my head I suffered for a while and then money spontaneously appeared in my bank account.

When I look at photos of myself from last summer I get upset because I was so much thinner and then I gained a bunch of weight in the past year >:( Why body do that, as far as I'm concerned I didn't change much in my diet or exercise? And YET the change is obvious.

To anyone who was suicidal at age 14 or younger, here’s your permission to grieve. Here’s your permission to not joke about it or just flat out ignore it. Here’s your permission to acknowledge that lost child who felt way more pain than any child should ever feel. You’re allowed to cry for that child, whether you healed or are still suffering the same thoughts. Finally allow yourself to grieve for that child filled with undeserved hurt.

Refuse Dystopia

I made this print for myself as a back patch - it’s a battle cry. I won’t sit still and wait for the world, for my world, to get better. I’m taking it back myself like a dandelion growing through concrete. We won’t settle for a broken world anymore!!
