Great! I’ll make sure I find the perfect spot for all of us – warm water and lots of sand for the pupper. And that sounds good too considering I’m actually leaving the state tonight. In an hour?
Fantastic. Just tell me where to meet you and I will be there in an hour- I’ll give you my number too.

I am up for it- one hundred percent! That looks amazing, but how does it taste? Is it fruity?
Added A Black Magic potion to our collection of cocktails. I had a lot of fun learning how to make this one. These have to be my favourite to make. I’ll give a free black magic to any Network members who plan on heading down to Asmodeus over the weekend.

That must have been interesting! I went to Florida for work there, but it was Rosie’s birthday on the first day of the trip so I made it a combo of work and birthday.
That sounds lovely. I hope you had the most amazing time. Malta was gorgeous. I spent the first week exploring and travelling around the country, and then the second week I was relaxing on beaches and reading. It was heavenly.

It is none so bad when you have someone to share it with, it has been lovely to have our own private time with the news with just us. It is certainly exciting and sometimes come in very unexpected ways.
I bet it has. It is such a special time of your life. I’ve never even been in a proper relationship, so there is probably a long time before I get to experience such joys. I’ll just sit back and join in on the excitement of other people’s babies and pregnancies.

I’m sorry work has been so busy for you, and the beach sounds like a great way to enjoy a little break and relax. Who is Pendulum?
It is fine. I do love my job, it is just a big jump up from what I used to do. Pendulum is my Border Collie. He has never been to the beach before, so I am very excited to see his reaction.

SO CUTE! I’m so down. When and where? Beach is vague in LA.
I am open to suggestions really, seeing as I am so new to the area. If you have a favourite- we can go there. As for when, as soon as possible.

Is Pendulum a puppy? If so, then abso-freaking-lutely. If not, I’ll probably still go ‘cause I need to not look at suitcases anymore.
He is indeed! My little border collie puppy hasn’t been to the beach yet so you’ll get to watch him get super excited of the sand and sea.

He’s definitely a snuggler, which is probably due to his being the only grand baby and great-grand baby. Everyone always wants to hold him all the time. I’m surprised he’s even crawling, honestly. Then again, he mostly crawls to people, so it must just be to be picked up again. Do you get to watch your nieces and nephews often?
Aw, that is so adorable.I don’t get to see them half as much as I want to because they live all over America- most quite far away from LA. But I do have my two eldest coming to stay in a couple of weeks and I simply cannot wait.

Grazie! We are very excited! We have been bursting to tell everyone but we wanted to wait and tell the family first.
I can’t imagine keeping a secret like that. I can’t wait to have my own children one day.

He’s all rolls! We’ll probably need an occasional sitter soon since uni starts in a little bit. He’s definitely doing his normal routine, just on Denmark’s timezone, not California’s.
Rolls are the best on the little’uns. I bet his cuddles are just the best. I’d totally be up for looking after him- you know where to find me. Are you studying or teaching?

Pendulum?
He’s my dog. When I first got him, as a puppy, we were back and forth from the animal hospital due to health complications. But he pulled through and carries on going- so that is how he got his name!

I just flew back into the city last night, it was good to combine Rosie’s birthday with work stuff. We just had a wrap up meeting this morning and I have the rest of the day to myself, how’s everyone else doing in this lovely city?
I’ve been out of town too! I went away to Malta for a little bit of peace and quiet. Where did you go?

My bumpling doesn’t seem to realize we are back in Los Angeles and not in Denmark. Someone make my little prince go to sleep! Anyone know a trick to make a nearly-eight-months-old fall reset his internal clock?
Look at those little arms! He’s adorable! If you ever need a baby sitter I would happily watch that little munchkin for you! With my nieces and nephews, the only thing that I find works is letting them tire themselves out, then sleeping through.

It is so lovely to see everybody’s wonderful faces on here again after my absence. I felt like I had been drowning in work so that break was very much needed. I’m taking Pendulum to the beach today, would anybody like to join me?

Good Life
For the most part, moving to LA had felt like a vacation in itself for Blossom. Most of the sunshine, the beaches, and even the people had been unreal. Yet, after two months of hard work at the zoo, and adjusting to the new lifestyle, she couldn’t help but feel like she needed to wind down. Her boss at work was more than happy to give her two weeks off for adjustment to the new environment. The first thing she did was rush to the travel agent.
The first plane out of there was heading to Malta, a gorgeous country that Blossom was already familiar with. She took it, bags packed with only essentials, and only told her mother and her boss. Whilst there, she didn’t check her mobile or her laptop once. She interacted with locals, lounged in the sun, and really experienced the culture above all. Finally, she felt like herself again, and that felt good.
Upon returning back to LA, Blossom noted that she was filled with that same excitement she had when she first arrived there. She wanted to see people, form relationships, and progress in her work. Previously, she had felt stuck in a cycle- unable to break free from the eat, work, sleep pattern that dominated the lives of many. That was all gone now. Blossom was ready to start living again.
