thank you so so much for sharing your videos right away last night, interrupting your precious concert experience!

this goes out to everyone who thinks about us folk over on tumblr who eagerly await the newest crumbs of footage and infos. as someone who couldn't be at any of the concerts, this felt like taking part in the shows in a way — you are my heroes, honestly ❤️ not naming anyone, because it don't want to forget one of you, you all are thoroughly appreciated!

not having been there live does sting, but thanks to you, it's only half as bad, and i'm incredibly thankful for all of you

on to that documentary then! i'm sure on release day, be it this year or in the far future, people on here will be live-blogging and losing their shit subsequently. we will have loads of fun in the coming years, whatever they may bring

i'm looking forward to it very much

i'm publishing this sweet message and pass it on right away to everyone else who shared their experiences throughout the tour - via text, videos, gifs, photos, memes, tags, art - you all made these stadium tour years so much richer and fun. i'm super happy to have a "fandom home" to go to and share it with everyone :)

as anon said, we have much to look forward to + some sort of certainty that the band's not done yet and will return sooner or later. let's stick around, keep curating content and keep this corner alive until then 🤍

If they plan on continuing touring or even an album, 2 years off makes sense. August 2024 - August 2025 will be their official holiday, and if they do something for 2026, it will take another year to plan it all and book venues. They know what they're doing. They know how long it takes to prepare for things, and if they don't feel ready, they'll take even a little bit more time.

They're not blind to the passage of time and their age, but at the same time, there's no more rush to go out there and show yourself off. You need to have the same spark for playing live as you do for making an album. It must come naturally.

We, older fans, understand this, and I think, we also understand new fans for whom this feels scary and uncertain. Rest assured, whenever they do come back in whichever capacity, it'll be much sooner than we realise.

Wise words for everyone in the fandom 💕
