*long post* A little spoil in between the 6 week challenge! I started a 6 week challenge to change the way I eat, achieve a healthier lifestyle and to lose weight. I was eating take-out a minimum of once a week, having no time to exercise and feeling very overweight. After a week of healthy alternatives, meal replacement shakes for lunch and drinking more water I feel happier and healthier, have more energy,l and overall having more zest for life. Im also saving a lot more money with not buying lunches everyday! Although this was a yummy spoil, I didn’t eat any of ice cream or cream! We love to know who you all are and what you guys get up to! Our day was an exciting one because Dan came back from his work trip at 7:15am this morning. Bentley and I were in bed having a snooze and Dan welcomed us with Tea and cuddles. After that we both went to our 9-5 jobs, came home and had a yummy dinner of steak and chips (not so healthy) and now we are just having some down time on the couch. This was such a gorgeous experience. Standing at the edge of the lighthouse, we could see where the Tasman Sea And Pacific Ocean met! The air was so fresh and untouched from the city that it felt weird to breathe, yet refreshing and the thing that stood out the most was how quiet it was, kind of like you were in limbo!
