Take me to somewhere colorful..

A sun bathing, endless walking and unlimited sitting experience going to and from Lucban, Quezon.

To save time and to have a hassle free trip, i had decided to grab a travel and tours promo.

We were asked to arrived at the meeting place before 3am. For a latecomer like me, I and Karen literally had last 2 minutes before the calltime. (I remember cheering and pressuring the taxi driver to   drive the shortest route and he did! 😁 Kekeke) However, when we arrived we noticed that there were no bus yet. Actually we can’t rant at first because we were almost late, however after an hour of waiting we begin to rant or make “hugot” on the side without the tourguide noticing. Hihi

We have the last seat on the bus, you know why. 😆 Going to quezon, the ride is comfortable though.

We have arrived at Kamay ni Hesus, a tourist spot in the province. Since we were hours delayed in the itinerary, we were given 1.5 hrs to roam around the area.

When we entered the place, the first thing we search was the comfort room.(So lame of me drinking too much water on the road.) Set that aside, what amazed me at the place was the ambiance. 

Going up to the top, seeing those reenact figures of station of the cross, hearing words in the bible, singing the praise songs, seeing devotees which will make you overwhelmed (like a grandma whose age i think was past 80 yrs old, who has difficulty in walking was able to get into the top despite the heat and number of steps, i almost tear up), wishing candles, circling around Noah’s arc, praying at the church---there are so many things to do, all in all we feel blessed.

We weren’t able to grab a trike to get us to the place itself because they were already taken. (Boohoo for singles!, just kidding 😂) Given the lakadbuddies that we are, we definitely walk under the summer heat.

We had reached the welcome arc and we thought we are near on the facade of Agri colors but you need to walk a bit further. There were many merchants trying to sell their own version of pancit lucban, longganisa, and many more on the side.

For the longest walk, at last we were now able to see beautiful facades. Literally you may sing “bahay kubo” seeing the houses with hanging colorful vegetables and fruits and i do believe that i can check the lists on the song. haha

Enumerate the colors and you will see them all, hundreds of house facades were covered beautifully and intricately. You cant take all pictures but your eyes can. Definitely a must see! I was able to get a big red leaf of kipping however as we walk along the streets, it began to crack. I was able to retrieve a distorted leaf, well its okay, just gonna secure it to my scrap book. ;)

The church in San Isidro is very old considering the growing plants at the walls outside but when you enter there’s no hint of the church being old, it was well maintained and very sacred on the inside. We sit and pray for a while then go back on the street.

We saw carabaos and their caritons full of designed fruits and veggies, we had glimpse of their muses and escorts for the parade and bought pasalubong.  We weren’t mindful of the time and became the cause of delay. We were late for 30 mins, and were sorry for that. 😉 We were so occupied on what to buy and the traffic going back to bus.

We have the chance to go see another place in the itinerary, the underground cemetery, but due to heavy traffic we decided to go straight to manila. The return ride was very exhausting, almost 9 hours on the bus. Oh well, other than the traffic and sunburn, i enjoyed this trip. Hopefully, Karen also. 😆

How wonderful it is to receive this kind of letter from your future man. (Daydreaming here) (*´ω｀*).That feeling will definitely linger and it will be very special.

So how should i describe the twin hike? When im overreacting years ago with a simple hike?? (´∇｀) #preppingtostumbleontumblragain

800 Steps? or 1000 plus?

We decided to go try the 800 steps at Gabaldon to reach the top of the mountain though it’s risky because of the weather. 800 steps? Actually it’s over a thousand steps that some of my cousin reached the next (neighboring? lolz) mountain. I am carried away with the adventure spirit of my cousins and nephews that we can make it easily at the top. It turns out to be a remarkable experience.

1. I brought my cp with me, not thinking of the frequent rainfall. [Yaaah, i am excited and i want to take some pictures. Luckily I have taken some pics at the top but on way down, heavy rainfall occurred that i started to panic that my cp will be destroyed. Put it in my pocket (nice try but lame! urghh) and I am soaked, so what will happen to my cp? That’s it! Thankfully, my cousin get some banana leaves and wrap up my cp. Going down, i frequently slipped that he offers to hold  it. Less to worry, and sighed in relief that my cp is not damaged.]

2. The steps to the top is too slippery but going down is more challenging. [The first hundred steps are made of concrete, next steps are made manually by tilling the way up like a stair. Because the steps are wet, we have to grab some bushes on the way just to lift ourselves. Most memorable is when i am going down that i have to hug mahogany trees and split (kekeke) just to grab another tree (with heavy rainfall along the way to intense the drama! >,<). I was catching up my breath on the way up and down. But the feeling of satisfaction is just amazing. Really Daebakk!]

3. Aside from the blurred pictures, i was able to get another souvenir! [my shorts got tint up brown (soil) and it is really hard to take it off.

Last two days before this special man's bday.

PAPA!- ikaw na the Best Ka!

Npaka-importante ng araw na ito. Celebration kasi ng “father’s day”. Ano ba masasabi ko sa papa ko? Ahmm… Kung ang mama ko ay masungit, and papa ko naman ay mahinahon. True ang “opposites do attract”.

CESAR V. VIZCARRA - Si Isay na Kuratcho!

Isang kuratchong ama - nagbubukid sa araw at nagbabantay sa gabi (khit na natutulog xa minsan sa trabaho niya LOL). Masipag at pinakamasinop sa bahay kaya naman nagugulumihanan sya saming magkakapatid dahil mahilig kaming magkalat. Mas madaling paki-usapan pero nakakatakot pag nagagalit. Minsan nahahawaan din siya ng fallacy na hasty generalization sa paghusga ng mga bagay2… 

Mostly, sa kanya ako nagmana lalo na sa muka at sa pakikitungo sa tao (may pagkamailap). Matagal din ang pasensya at pag-unawa lalo na sa pagsalo ng sa banat ng reyna ng hasty generalization “aking mama”. Ahm.. Sabihin na nating nagtetengang kawali pag nag-aaway sila kaya ndi nagtatagal bati uli… Masinop nga sya sa gamit kaya naman nagagagalit pag nwawala ung belongings niya. Hmmm… 

Sige sya na ang THE BEST! Madalas kung pasakitin ulo nyan. Haha Pero alam niyo namang mahal namin ang isa’t isa… ibibigay yung mga kailangan (note yung mga klangan na may pakinabang). Siya din ay si Mr. Gadget Boy, na gusto din ng mga teki na bagay. Makikita mo siya minsan na nakahiga at nakikinig ng music gamit ang mp3 or cp nia khit pa makaluma na yung nasa listahan niya! Huli kong narinig na kinanta niya ang “Ave Maria” kahapon habang namimitas ng sili.. WAHAHA

My wish has granted this 2013! (to pass the Ce board exam) I am so blessed and happy.. I'll be continuing my resolution  last year. Now, I will work hard this 2014 in finding a job and be good at it. Fighting 2014!!

Thank you Lord. The best birthday gift ever. I remember posting here at tumblr as a CE student, time passed by so fast and now I am finally getting my license. 

I will not be able to achieve this without our Lord's guidance and blessings. I am very grateful with my parents, relatives and friends who are always there to support me. My schoolmates and sibs who keeps on cheering and believing us. My Airen friends and LSG, who are always there  bringing me to smile through their wonderful posts. To RI sharing their knowledge and teaching us thoroughly, I am very grateful.

My lola wasn't able to wait a week longer before I finally get my license. I wasn't able to tell her "Lola engineer na apo niyo.." and have to see that smile response of hers. I know that she's happy for me in heaven. 

My nanay Piling as well, I know that she'll be the one who will jump and smile thoroughly when I pass the board exam aside from my mom. She's always there for me whenever I am in need and beside me with my parents when I am achieving something. Though she's not here anymore, I know that she will be happy for me. I miss them so much.

I know, that as I am taking the examination, they are praying for me.

Celebrating my birthday while taking the exam, is indeed a wonderful experience.

I will do my best and work hard!

48- it really does have meaning

This number keeps popping out when I check for the time in my CP.. I thought I am used on checking the time after an hour but I change the time often in my clock settings and always shows the number 48.. So I just let it for almost 9 moths until the number makes sense..

When arranged alphabetically I am number 48  graduating CE student in CLSU.

4-April, 8- Day.. April 8, CEn Tribute where I am unexpectedly to receive a certificate, and the Graduation Ball (expecting food and souvenir) ^^..

4-April, 8- Day.. April 8. The date my idol LSG will premiere his new drama Gu Family Secret.. (excited)

Maybe there's more to decipher about the number, i am looking forward to it.
