I initially wanted to draw something that represented a bit of Jean's grief over a situation and environment that doesn't deserve it, but then this took a turn and got away from me. so. this is what I have to offer.

i really sincerely hope jeremy killed somebody in circumstances that are almost irredeemable because thats what nora is best at: deeply human characters with terrible lives getting second chances. also because it would be funny

by the way nora said that when aaron and andrew went their separate ways from south carolina aaron hugged andrew and andrew was the last one to let go. if you even care

if andrew thought he could wear a sweater but it was too itchy, do you think aaron would have a backup for him (the answer is he would) and do you think andrew brings extra ear plugs to edens in case it's too loud for aaron (the answer is yes he does) and do you think they call each other?? no, they don't, but they text each other blurry, zoomed in pictures of neil, katelyn, kevin, the cats, the kids, wymack,, aaron buys loads of ice cream before andrew visits and acts annoyed when andrew and his daughters eat it all. andrew and aaron don't give each other Christmas presents but they sit down at a holiday table and manage to be civil to each other's s/os. andrew gives up smoking to hold his nieces. aaron comes to andrews first pro game and almost doesn't tell him. their healing looks different but by god let them find peace in each other's company

(voice of a hinged and normal man) do you guys ever think about how intrinsically kevin is linked to neil's past and his future. he's not good enough to play with a champion, true, but irrelevant. kevin was eleven years old when he met a boy they all thought would be their number three, the third corner of the Perfect Court, the tie between kevin and riko, the one who stood at their backs before the goal. neil stands at kevin's side before kevin thinks he deserves to but all the same he is there and he doesn't run. kevin believed nathaniel dead years ago. maybe he was right. kevin was eleven years old when he watched a man with the eyes of that boy cut a human to pieces. kevin looked in the mirror that night and remembered the way the blood had spattered in droplets across his skin. he wondered if nathaniel, wherever he was, thoughts about how riko had turned to them when the screaming subsided and said "Remember this." kevin looked at the backliner who would have been nathaniel's partner, at the boy with dark hair and grey eyes, marked, and wondered how far nathaniel had managed to run before they found him. kevin had looked at the boy from millport, instead, the amateur with nowhere to run and nothing to lose, and said "You should be Court."

sometimes I tear up when I think about neil josten and the fact that he was always on the move growing up and then andrew minyard gave him a key and called it home and in doing so he gave neil the opportunity to finally settle down and stay. and when they leave college they'll be able to buy their own home together and they can choose how they want to decorate it and neil will absolutely infuriate andrew by choosing the boldest orange pillows but andrew will allow it because neil finally, finally, stopped running

Funded by thousands of volunteers, exy fans, and episodes of Celebrity Jeopardy, The Minyard Project provides prenatal and postpartum care for single mothers, as well as proper background checks for foster families.

The funds also provide hygiene products and luggage for foster children, daycare services for single/working parents, and in-house counseling services for children living in group homes.

The Minyard Project has provided safe homes for over 10,000 children, prevented 20% of abandonment/neglect cases, and brought the national number of foster children down by 30%.

Foster children are 3x more likely to graduate high school without a criminal record or substance addiction.
